Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50meters lead

Demolishing RCC work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved by Engineer in charge beyond 50m initial lead for all leads including all lifts involved

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work after curing for foundations, footings, base of columns, etc. for mass concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, and binding using thermo-mechanically treated (TMT) bars with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Fixing dismantled door/ window frames in position with all labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing best irul wood fully glazed shutters using best irul wood scantlings for frame and 4mm float glass including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete but excluding cost of fittings.

Providing and fixing with float glass panes of 4mm thick for glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Dismantling door shutter including removal of hinges and refixing in position after necessary repair work etc. complete.

Renewing glass panes and refixing 4mm float glass with wooden fillets

Supplying and fixing new second class teak wood wooden fillets for fixing window glass

Fixing dismantled window/door shutters after necessary repair work with all labour charges etc. complete.

Dismantling PVC door with frame including removal of hinges and refixing in position after necessary repair work including all labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing M.S.round or square bars with M.S. flat at required spacing in wooden frames of windows and clerestory windows including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing welded mesh 50x50x 10g for ferrocement works including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Plastering with C.M. 1:4 (one cement four sand), 12mm thick for walls inside and outside with necessary scaffolding and thread lines, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Plastering with C.M. 1:3 (one cement three fine sand), 6mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Chipping and removing the damaged portion of R CC beams columns slabs etc. carefully without damaging the existing structure including removing the debries scrapping with emery paper/wire brush for removing the rusted portion from the reinforcement apply one coat of adhesive epoxy resine such as NETTO BOND EP including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,sonnection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required lacations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 110mm (4") PVC pipes (4kg/cm2) exposed on wall including all PVC fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This insludes jointing of pipes and fittings with siovent cement and testing of joints complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scraping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

White washing two or more coats on old surface with lime to give an even shade after cleaning the surface with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint two or more coats new work of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade after cleaning the surface including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the dept. officers

French sprit polishing two coats after cleaning the surface including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position 12mm or nearest thick thermocoal sheet over aluminium frame frame work including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint(Apex or equivalent Quality) with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade two or more coats, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.
