1 All work shall be carried out as per Public Works Department Handbook and other

specifications of Division or as directed.

2 All the columns is Schedule should be filled in ink and the total of the entries in the last

column should be struck by the contractor under his signature.

3 Rates quoted include clearance of site (prior commencement of work and at its close )

in all respects and hold good for work under all conditions, site, moisture, weather etc.

4 The contractor shall exhibit the board at site of work with the details of works, Tender

amount and specification as per Govt. Circular No. BBG / 3277 / 1657 / N, Dt.26-4-78

and as per G.R.No. TNC -1090-24-C, Dt.18-11-91, as directed by Engineer-in-charge of

the works, exhibit board at site of work, for which contractor is not entitiled for any
