M&L for installation and testing suitable licensed software for fire alarm control panel suitable for 10 to 12 loops / zones compatable with existing system complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (i) Job shall be done by qualified technician / Engineer of OEM (ii) Software shall be installed at requisite location / panel / terminals as directed (iii) Software shall be having minimum license vaidity of 3years from date of installation. The license code shall be made available to the Engineer-in-charge (iv) Testing shall be done in presence of the Users, Engineer-in-charge and the Contractor. Test certificates shall be duly vetted by all concerned and shall be submitted alongwith RAR (v) The Contractor shall be liable to reload/re-install in the event of software getting corrupted by any cause whatsoever. The Contractor shall ensure proper functioning of the entire system within the software control and shall take remedial measures as required in the event of any inconsistancy (vi) Cost of above shall be included in the quoted rate

Notes for serial item Nos. 60 & 61: (i) The cost of copper / GI earth continuity wire with GI pipe 50mm medium grade upto 7.5m is deemed to be included (ii) The earth chamber to be constructed 0.5m from edge of earth pit with necessary watering arrangement. The cost for the same is deemed to be included in above item (iii) Earthing shall produce desired earth resistance values as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (iv) The earth resistance shall be as desired by the installation. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning maintenance free tripod chemical earthing system as per relevant IS, consisting of 3Nos. of vertical electrodes and 10m of 20x3mm copper strip interconnected with earth electrode of UL listed and tested for 250micron copper bonded low carbon steel core of 3m length, 17.2mm dia burried directly in ground and tappered at bottom (150-175mm dia digging or augering of earth to required depth) filled up in bottom with slurry of 3kg bentonite for moisture based earth enhancing compound in slurry from 30kg bag 01No. and arrangement for connection of copper strip (20x3mm) to rod by means of clamp rods to flat clamp of size 25x3mm to the electrode tested for minimum 76% IACS, copper earth strip connected by means of clamps, provision of polymer chamber with cover, including necessary excavation, earthwork in any type of soil, rest of the bore shall be filled with earth and well compacted and top of the bore shall be finished with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates over a 75mm thick PCC bed 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates and backfill / JAM compound shall be covered with advance polymer pit cover of size 30x30mm complete all as specified and as directed

Notes for item No. 64: (i) The earthing shall comply to IS 3043, UL 467, BS/EN50164-7 (ii) The earth resistance shall be less than 01Ohm. A guarantee for 3years of this criterion on a Rs. 100 stamp paper shall be given by the Contractor. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect (iii) To obtain earth resistance less than 01Ohm, if a combination two or more earthings are to be inter-connected or the length of the electrode/s is/are to be increased it shall be measured and paid as one earthing only (iv) Testing of earthing shall be carried out in presence of Departmental rep and requisite test reports shall be submitted (v) Cost of all excavation & earthwork required shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate
