Special Eligibility Criteria

   The firm should directly or through its Indian vendor have service centers with qualified technical engineers in at least 20 cities in India and maintained at least 50 escalator years under annual Maintenance Contract with Indian Railways, Metro Rail and Mono Rail. High Speed Rail, Airport or any other Government owned/controlled public transport agency in last three financial years (2023-24,24-25,25-26) & current financial years up to date of tender closing. The firm should upload documentary evidence like self attested copy of "Registration Certificate of establishment "or equivalent document issued by state govt / local authorities and other documentary evidence ,if any as proof of having service centre. ,PO / CA for AMC/CAMC, certified /self certified copy of "Statement for AMC contracts in last three years and current financial year up to tender closing date of this tender" as per the format given in annexure -C(i) attached with tender document, Performance Certificate of AMC/CAMC from the concerned organization in format enclosed at annexure C(ii) of "" enclosed with tender document and other documentary evidences,if any, If duration of AMC/CAMC in terms of the years against respective PO/CA comes to be in the fraction (and not as whole number),for the purpose of evaluation of this eligibility criteria, then total no of escalator years completed under respective POs / CAs (in terms of no of years) is calculated as follows. CAMC/AMC period in terms of no of years=((AMC/CAMC period in terms of number of months ) / 12). If CAMC/AMC is in effect for 15 or more days in a particular month, that month will be counted as one month and if CAMC/AMC is in effect for less than 15 days in a particular month, that month will be counted as zero month

   The Firm must be an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of Elevator. The firm should have Electrical Contractor license & Electrical supervisor license as per IE rules 1956 clause 45 in their own name or in the name of their representative involved in execution of the work.

   To be delivered at concerned destination. Delivery at single point is not acceptable. In case, tenderer quote for delivery of entire tendered quantity to one consignee against Railway%u2019s requirements of delivery to multiple consignees, such offer shall be considered valid only for quantity required as per tender schedule by the consignee to whom delivery is offered by the tenderer and it shall be considered that there is no offer for remaining consignees.

   Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises].

    Have you quoted the discount if any in the specified column only in IREPS?

    Have you furnished Bank account details such as Name of the Bank and address, account no., MICR, IFSC code and type of account to facilitate EFT payment?

We understand that the offers of all such sister concerns including ours are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and conditions. I/We, affirm that we shall abide by the Code of Integrity in general, with specific reference to conflict of interest [Para 2502 (e)], anti competitive practices [Para 2502(c)] and obligation to proactive disclosures [Para 2503]. I/We understand that we are fully responsible for the above declaration and it shall not be the Railways responsibility to verify the same. I/We are aware that we shall be liable for all consequences of violation of Code of Integrity, if detected at any stage.

   Bidders should confirm following certificate for Compliance. (a) I have read the clause 13.8.3 of Instructions to tenderers and general conditions of tenders for supply contract attached with the tender regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and on sub-contracting to contractors from such countries. (b) I certify that this bidder is not from such a country and will not subcontract any work to a contractor from such countries unless such contractor is registered with the Competent Authority. I also certify that this bidder will not offer any products/services of entity from such countries unless such entity is registered with the Competent Authority. (c) I hereby certify that this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered. (d) I hereby acknowledge that in the event of acceptance of my bid on above certificate and if the certificate is found to be false at any stage, the false certificate would be a ground for immediate termination of contract and further legal action in accordance with the Law. (Bidders confirming this certificate for Compliance shall select Yes in the Complied column. However, in case you do not confirm above certificate for Compliance, select NO in the complied column. In such cases you are required to submit the certificate for Compliance as per Instructions to tenderers and general conditions of tenders for supply contract along-with their Bid/Offer.
