REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF 145KV GIS AND 132KV TRANSFORMERS INCLUDING ALLIED SERVICES AT RAMBILLI, VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE VARSHA

Supply & fix in repairs / replacement MSD1A CB Drive spring charging assemblly with motar and gear assembly complete for 145 KV GIS CB of make Hitachi Energy Model ELK SD04(ABB), items code 2GHV003600M0002 at MRS yard / Building under AOR of GE Varsha and installation testing & commissioning by authorised Hitachi Energy India Ltd including taking out the defective/damaged assembly and reassembled to their original position including all necessary fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed (Note:- 1. Packing, Transport, loading & unloading and the materials inspection and spares drawing deemed in the quoated rate. 2. Old unservicable CB drive to be deposited in MES store yard on completion of work after which the Garrison Engineer will be issue completion certificate to contractor. 3. Defects liability period will commence from the date of completion given in completion certificate.

Supply & Fix in replacement of closing coil / trip coil asembly complete for 145 KV GIS CB of make Hitachi Energy code 2GHV004745P0001 having resistance 180 ohm & 220 V DC compitable with existing closing coil/trip coil of transformer-1 circuit breaker and after fixing complete checking of operation of transformer bay-1 manual operation,local mode & remote mode including functional verification, complete in all respects as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Tools & plant required for completion of job are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for complete inspection , carrying out repair / rectification to bus coupler breaker / feeder breaker / Transformer breaker including checking and restoration of remote operation,local mode, manual mode functions and checking of control wiring , correction of faults and complete functional testing all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: -(i) Minor Control wiring/spares such as limit switches / control contractos rquired for making the SCADA/ communication of Data operation are deemed to be included in quoted rate (ii) All Tools & plant required for completion of job deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for complete inspection and carrying out repair/rectification of incomer line -01 Bay R phase CT current values showing inroccrect/erratic reading in SCADA system including calibration of CT and checking of CT scondary wiring, polarity, continuity, terminal tightness and coreection of woring/control circuit faults complete testing and verification in SCADA all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in-Charge . Note: -(i) Cost of Minor control wires required deemed be included in quotated rate. (ii) Tools & plant required for completion of job deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply & refill SF6 gas for gas insulated switchgear to be filled in different compartments after checking the pressure of gas inside each compartment Complete including the pressure testing all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for filtration/dehydration transformer oil using online filtration plant of transformer voltage grade 132/11 KV, capacity 10/16 MVA outdoor type, floor mounted in situ to achieve dielectric strength > 30 KV at 2.5mm gap as per IEC code all as specified and directed. Note:-(a) Filtration/dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out at the location where transformer is installed and required pipe connection from filter machine to transformer shall be made and rate shall be inclusive of quoted rate, (b) Necessary filter/dehydration plant having pressure gauge, hour meter, temperaturature gauge to be bought at site by contractor and to be kept permanently inside AOB Rambilli till completion of work and rate for this aspect is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. In any condition, in-out of the filter machine during the progress of the work will not be allowed, (c) Transformer oil test report before and after dehydration/filtration shall be submitted duly authenticated by authorised person. (d) Safety of labour, tools & Plants is contractors responsibilty.

Supply & Fix in replacement of Make EMR Mfg 2017 OLTC Diverter Switch along with transition Resistors, Cam Assembly, lost Motion Gear Asembly R, Y & B Phases upto 100A max Capacity with Transport Drum for transformer voltage grade 132/11 KV, capacity 10/16 MVA outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for testing of 132/11 KV, capacity 10/16 MVA outdoor type, floor mounted including IR, winding resistance test, ratio test ,vector group and all routine tests, type tests as per IEC rules, cable hipot test, tan delta test, Chemical analysis test comprising (i) Dissolve gas analysis, (ii) acidity, (iii) water content (iv) sludge (v) Die electric dissipation factor (vi) specific resistance (vii) flash point (viii) density (ix) apearence (x) electric strength (xi) interfacial tension of transformer oil of 132/11 KV transformer by taking out 5.0 Ltr container and transportating to govt approved lab at Visakhapatnam / Hyderadad or any NABL acredited Lab complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & Fix in replacement of Make EMR Mfg 2017 OLTC SNAP ACTION SWITCH for moving rotary to & fro along with operation Motor, Limit switchs, Controll and power contactors for transformer voltage grade 132/11 KV, capacity 10/16 MVA outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for repair /overhauling of Make EMR Mfg 2017 OLTC ( On load tap changer ) of 132 KV/11KV Power transformer of capacities 10/16 MVA at site by carried out following work of Schinder/ABB make :- (a) Opening of top plate of OLTC. (b) Draining out of transformer oil from the OLTC. (c) Stoping of leakage of oil from main shaft of OLTC including replacement of oil seal and gaskets of OLTC. (d) Checking /servicing of moving and fixed contacts of OLTC and resistence test of contact. (e) Flushing of OLTC assembly with hot new oil and removing of sludge. (f) Filling only of new transformer oil in OLTC . (g) Tightening of all tapping leads and connections. (h) Refixing of top plate of OLTC in original position after overhauling. (i) Electrical testing of manual/auto operation of OLTC. Note :- Transformer oil as required will be measured and paid separately under respective items here-in -after as supply only.
