Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood,trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. Including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work. (CPWD DSR 2023 2.31)

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction (PWD SOR MISCELLANEOUS 2024-25 1-2)

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc.complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction(PWD SOR MISCELLANEOUS 2024-25 1-4)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing . (PWD SORMORTH 2024-9.03)

Hand Packed stone filling in back of wallls including cost of all materials, royality, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specificati (As per PWD MICS., 2024-25, 1-5)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110mm diameter. Including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work. (As per CPWD DSR 2023, Code No.-12.41.2)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) Including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(CPWD DSR 2023 4.1.3)
