PART-A (SERVICE PART):-Charges towards sealing Flange and bonnet joint leaks for following sizes(for all ratings) using ring clamp or wire caulking including sealing compound, tools tackles and manpower except supply of clamp.

From size 0.5" upto 1.5"

Above size 1.5" upto 2"

Above size 2" and upto 3"

From size 4" and upto 8"

Above size 8" and upto 12"

Above size 12"and upto 24"

Above size 24" and upto 30"

Above size 30" and upto 36"

Charges towards sealing Valve glands leaks for following valve sizes(for all ratings) including sealing compound, tools tackles and manpower etc.

From 0.5 and upto 4"

Above 4" and upto 8"

Above 8" and upto 12"

Above 12" and upto 16"

Above 16" and upto 20"

Above 20" and upto 36"

Charges for sealing Pipe crack/ Welding Leak/ Pin hole leak of all pipe sizes and ratings, utilising box clamp including sealing compound, tools tackles and manpower except supply of box clamp. NB of pipe will be considered as Inch dia and upto size 1", minimum charges of 1" inch dia will be paid. The unit of measurement inches (") stands for Per Inch length of the box clamp X Per Inch OD of Box Clamp.

Charges towards sealing of Orific flange leakage for following sizes (for all ratings) with use of ring clamp including sealing compound, tools tackles and manpower except supply of clamp.

From size 0.5" upto 1.5"

Above size 2" and upto 3"

From size 4" and upto 8"

Above size 8" and upto 12"

Above size 12" and upto 16"

Per Day Minimum Service Charges in case of non availibity of work or less work (Applicable When job quantum is less than per day charge) Note- One team consist of atleast two manpower should be available at site to complete the job.

Normal incidental charges for online leak sealing of all types towards journey, stay etc. (journey by train/ bus/ car)

Emergency Incidental Charges for on line leak sealing of all types towards journey, stay etc. (Journey by flight)

Design, Drawing, Fabrication, Transportation to site & fittment at position of box Clamps as per Requirement.
