Removing of existing unserviceable water proofing treatment with PCC padding, taking down cement plaster etc of any description and cleaning of top surfaces of cement concrete flushing out junction of parapet walls and washing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non accessible RCC roofs by providing 10mm thick screed in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement & applying one coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.30 kg/sqm & laying APP based polymeric modifed membrane with polyster non woven reinforced of weight not less than 3kg/Sqm of 3 mm thick with polythene finished sealing with side overlaps of 75mm & 100 mm laps at the ends of membrane by torch application method & applying two coats of aluminium paint 0.2 litre /sqm complete all as specified and directed.
