Emergent maintenance of existing Banglar Bari including surface preparation by cleaning, scraping and making good all damaged areas; provision of artistic paintwork of approved shade and pattern as per the choice and design of the Artist; repair of cracks, broken, loose or deteriorated portions of walls, bamboo members, wooden elements and other structural or non-structural components using suitable materials; restoration and modification of the existing shed to enhance its artistic appearance; replacement of damaged or unserviceable bamboo, wood, or other materials with new materials of approved quality and size as per artistic and functional requirements; execution of all works including scaffolding, tools, tackles, labour, materials and safety measures; Artist's charges inclusive; complete in all respects and carried out strictly as per the direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing of the existing wooden Sanko by dismantling and replacing damaged bamboo members and other defective structural components to strengthen the structure; carrying out necessary repairs to ensure stability and safety; providing surface preparation and application of paint as per approved artistic scheme; supplying and fixing requuired artistic and choiceable materials to enhance the overall appearance; execution of all works under the supervision of an experienced Artist (Artist's charges included in the rate); complete in all repects and carried out strictly as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
