REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROAD, ROAD FURNITURE AND ROAD MARKING UNDER AGE B/R-I AT MIL STN KOTA

Amount

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100mm deep etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 200MM Internal dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bedding and hunching complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition Cement concrete (unreinforced ) concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc or for shaft, well, cesspit, manhole, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil.

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading watering and consolidation in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick .etc complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point .etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick WMM, providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in subbase/base course on well prepared subbase and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80KN to 100KN weight to achieve the desired density etc complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for 75 mm thick WMM, providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in subbase/base course on well prepared subbase and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80KN to 100KN weight to achieve the desired density etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Material obtained from scarifying vide Srl item No 01 shall be reused.

M&L brick work with fly ash modular bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work on wall in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for kerb block in kerb edging of size 150mmx300mmx300mm and struck flush setting in cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2, (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded aggregate as Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in 450mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars & rings mass concrete or sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2, (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded aggregate. etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, 80mm thickness, M-40 grade of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006, with grey cement and pigment laid over and including providing 25mm thick sand cushion and joints of interlocking tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical plate vibrator etc complete all as specified & directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall etc. complete all as per specified and directed.

M/L for preparation of plastered / stone kerbs surfaces as in road dividers along the road by complete removal of surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wall primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air blown compressor to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with mechanical paver, mixed at hot mix plant transported to site in tippers, chipping mixed with 5.5% of paving binder (VG-30) viscosity grade, rolled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Work shall be executed as per job mix formula approved by Accepting Officer. (ii) Bitumen content as per design mix is found to be less than 5.5%, the short of bitumen shall be recovered at the rate of Rs 50/- per Kg and no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content as per design mix found to be more than 5.5% same shall be provided without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) viscosity grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with mechanical paver, mixed at hot mix plant transported to site in tippers, chipping mixed with 5.5% of paving binder (VG-30) viscosity grade, rolled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Work shall be executed as per job mix formula approved by Accepting Officer. M&L for 100mm thick Moorum / Red bajri, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8 to 12 tonne roller as in burms complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparing the road surfaces for road marking with reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint conforming to BIS 3262, laid through road marking machine in a layer painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow of CRYSTALEX, using 5 Kg material per square meter by incorporating the white glass beads for reflectivity in 100 mm width.etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair delineator with two high performance 100mm Dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70mmx23mm are fixed on both sides of Guide Post. The body of Guide Post is moulded in ABS plastic and it is fixed on powder coated steel pipe of 1010 mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate( Size of block 30cmx 30cmx30cm) complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat Part Model NO DA-74 of dark eye or equivalent in TATA BP/Gogia Plastic/Red Safe/Froniter/Tata VPI as approved by GE.

S&F in replacement ABS Plastic Stud (Cat Eyes) dynamically designed having height impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos high reflective reflectors on both sides including fixing arrangement as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed. Make: Cat eyes of DA Dark eyes or equivalent as in /Future vista /Tata VPI/ Gogia Plastic/3M

S&F in replacement solar cat eyes (studs) made of aluminium di-casted body, 100% waterproof, both side reflectors, designed according to IP 65 of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm with shank not less than 60mm length, high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel (2.5 V/0.3 watt), one Ni-Mh or Ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.2 V/1600 MA) having six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (millicandela) view distance upto 1000 metre and flush road bearing capacity 10 MT, fixing in road by drilling a hole and with epoxy hardener etc as per manufacturer’s instructions at the location etc complete all as specified and directed. Model:- “DHRUV in dark eye or equivalent in TATA BP/Gogia Plastic/Red Safe/Froniter/ Tata VPI as approved by GE.
