M&L for preparation of old treated surface of walls (plastered/unplastered ) including cornices, Plasters etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke , soot moulds , moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash, leaving premises clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of steel surface of any description in any position and location not otherwise described over 10 cms width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Ditto all as per item No 1.02 above but applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer to wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work/ stone work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars , etc. complete all as specified and directed

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) any description and in any position (Below or above ground leverl) not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8, 75 mm thick type D-1,(using 40mm graded stone aggregates), and laid in as floor subbase finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Joint free Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl and over screed bed or beeding layers of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 1.18 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc incl rendering 10mm thick on of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl and over screed bed or beeding layers of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match pigment over and incl 10mm thick CM (1:4) backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for pre- polished granite slab red/black machine cut of any shade as approved by GE of 20 mm thick including,necessary notching, chamfering the edges over cement screed bed including Cutting, Grinding and Mirror polishing (Granite finish) with suitable grinding stones complete all as 'specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for MS work as in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlin, post, rafters including distant pieces, claeats includinjg cutting and welding required confirming to grade Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of granite slab red/black having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of green/black colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, valley gutters fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards any description, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed

S&F Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick single side prelam solid PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed

S&F 5mm thick PVC Sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Tee grid suspension system of size 600 mm x 600 mm type-1 made out of roll framed hot dipped galvanised steel zince coated of not less than 120 gm/Sqm, main runner 0.3 mm thick of section 24 mm x 33 mm crross runner 0.30 mm thick of section 24 mm x 25 mm, wall angle shall be 0.63 mm thick of section 24 mm x 24 mm grid shall be suspended by 4 mm dia adjustable quick fit hanger rod, system exposed portion shall be pre painted polyester coated in off whitee/white in colour complete with material, fixing, jointing etc., with Coloured textured designer ceiling board (Everest)/Asbestos Cement white fiber Board 4mm thick of size 595 x 595 mm fixing with screws/clips complete all as per manufacturers instructions and direction.

M&L for fibre glass reinforced transculent sheet 2mm thick in repair any colour fix complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of reinforced cement conrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M & L precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs for MH and drain etc set in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for TMT bars 8 mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking binding spirally for hooking for columns & bonding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m deep along the existing sewage line carefully for placing/taking out RCC/SGSW pipe to punchering of lines for cleaning and getting out in soft/Loose soil.

All as per Item No 1.37 hereinbefore but exceeding 1.50 m deep complete all as specified and directed

Returning and filling in of soft / loose soil in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer including spreading leveling watering and well ramming and all as speicified and directed.

Removal of surplus material to a distance not exc 50 m and deposited where directred at a level not exc 1.50 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe internal dia 150mm (SGSW/RCC drain pipe) set in CM including concrete bed haunching of any description for all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe internal dia 200mm (SGSW/RCC drain pipe) set in CM including concrete bed haunching of any description for all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC Class NP-2 pipe internal dia 150mm, laid in trenches, jointed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC Class NP-2 pipe internal dia 200mm, laid in trenches, jointed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning, de-silting and testing of manholes of n.exc 1.50 deep by pumping manually with reqired rope, buckets and ladders and depositing the sludge at distance n.exc 50 mtr and then removing sludge outside MD land area complete, Note : The contractor shall remove the the sewage/sludge and other foreign material from the site by mechsanical equip,emt etc pr by way or other any mean to outside MOD land in covered Vehicles ie Vehicle required for transformation of foul matters/gas etc and shall be disposed off as directed. The site shall be left by the contractor in neat and tidy condition before claiming his payment.

All as per item No 1.46 above but depth of manhole exceeding 1.50M complete all as specified and directed

M&L for pumping out sewage water from the blocked manhole/septic tank for any depth for cleaning the existing sewage line through diesel pump set 7.5 HP & disposal of sludge as directed

M&L cleaning of heavy blockage sewage line above 3.0 m depth by mechanically operated jetting machine with pressure water supply. Note :- Note : The contractor shall remove the the sewage/sludge and other foreign material from the site by mechsanical equipmemt etc or by way or other any mean to outside MOD land in covered Vehicles ie Vehicle required for transformation of foul matters/gas etc and shall be disposed off as directed. The site shall be left by the contractor in neat and tidy condition before claiming his payment.

M&L cleaning and testing of sewer line 150mm to 300mm internal dia depth upto 1.50m be removing blockage/chocking/obstruction of flow and making free flow by rodding with steel rods and finally passing the rope through the line with jute cloth for cleaning the chocked/blocked sewer line complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 1.50 above but depth exc 1.50m and n.exc 3.00m complete all as specified and directed
