Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.complete all as directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar(1:6) for laying floor finishes Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured /printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / Rectangular)area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles.

All as per item no 3 for dado /skirting Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured /printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / Rectangular)area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 for backing of Dado/ Skirting & Vertical Tiles.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured / printed tiles 300mm x 450mmX7mm thick, on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite inluding screed bed in cement plaster 1:4 or bedding layer 20 mm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for. (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

M&L RCC Type B1 1:2:4 (20.0mm graded aggregate)for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like
