TTA PANEL: Design, manufacture,shop testing at works, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of floor mounting front operated front/ rear access, extensible type, complete design verified LT Switchgear Panel as per IEC 61439 totally enclosed with IP-42 protection, IK 10 rating and form 3b separation, suitable for use at 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz system, and to withstand a fault level as specified in SOQ. All switchboards shall have provision for entry of cables from the top/bottom as required. The powder coating colour shade for LT Panels shall be as follows:- Panels fed from normal power supply - RAL 7035 2. Panels fed from DG power supply - (Emergency) other shade as per instructions of EIC. NOTES: 1) All G.A. & fabrication drawings shall be got approved from the E.I.C. Final painting of panel to be done with powder coating. Necessary touch up may be done at site, incase if required. The scope includes all tests as specified in department's specification, relevant I.S. and as required by E.I.C, shall have to be performed at factory & at installation site and shall be included in the quoted rate. (2) The equipment shall be designed to ensure complete safety during operation inspection,connection of cables etc. (3)The size of the earth bus chosen shall withstand full fault current of 35/50kA for 1 sec, asspecified at 415V. (4) All the current transformers are resin cast type class-1 only. (5) Scope includes cable end boxes, reverse entry boxes as per site conditions and extension of busbars as required for terminating the number of cables as per schematic diagram. (6) G.A. & detailed fabrication drawing and short circuit forces and temp rise calculation for panel including the panel fabricator shall be submitted for dept. approval. (7)Bimetallic washers to be used for all aluminium to copper joints wherever required & it shall be of approved make & quality whereever required. 8) All Outgoing feeders shall have 'ON', 'OFF', 'Autotrip'. Incomers shall have 'ON', 'OFF', 'Autotrip', 'Spring Charge' and 'Trip Circuit Healthy' indictions. (9) All inter connection for incoming & outgoing should be with copper busbar. (10) All ACB/MCCBs shall have Ics as specified at 415V. 11) Scope includes the cutting of M.S.chequered plate trench covers to required size after installation of Panel.

Non- TTA Panel : Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of floor mounting front operated front access extensible type cubicle panel totally enclosed with IP-42 protection with hinged and lockabale doors. Switchboards fabricated from 2 mm/ 1.6mm (for load bearing/ non-load bearing) thick CRCA sheets including interconnections, tinned copper strip /Wire crimping lugs, bonding to earth suitable for use at 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz system, and to withstand a fault level of 50kA for 1sec or as specified, symmetrical at 415 V complete as per specifications, as required & as below. All switchboards shall have provision for entry of cables from the top/bottom as required. All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The bus bars shall be insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves & color coded. SMC/DMC shrouds and busbar supports shall be used. Notes: (1) The powder coating colour shade for LT Panels shall be as follows:- (a) Panels fed from normal power supply - RAL7032 (Siemens Grey). (b)Panels fed from DG power supply-(Emergency)-RAL7024(Graphite grey) or other shade as per instructions of EIC. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of D. G. Set with Prime Power Rating of 750 kVA, 3 phase 415 volts 50 cycle per second 1500 RPM radiator cooled. Diesel Generator Sets of rating as below. The engine shall be 4 stroke and shall include flanged coupling bolted together with flywheel, stainless steel bellow, air cleaner, blower fan, fuel pump, electronic variable speed governor, fuel filter, lube oil filter & pump, dynamo, 24V Lead acid type battery of capacity suggested by manufacturer , battery stand, battery cable along with engine controller (PCC 3.3 or equivalent) comprising of switch with key, fuel pipeing from existing pipe line to Day fuel tank of DG Set, residential silencer etc. complete as required. The alternator shall be brushless separately excited with permanent magnet (PM) excitation, synchronous, single bearing, self regulated and continuously rated as below suitable for 3 phase 415 volts 50 cycles, 4 wire system. Alternator insulation shall be class 'H' suitable to withstand tropical conditions and shall generally comply with BS 5000 and IS 4722 and suitablefor working on AMF Panels, complete with Droop CT's etc. as required. The overload capacity shall not be less than 110% of rated capacity for 1 hour in every 12 hours. The alternator shall be with suitable terminal box, suitable to receive 6 Nos. 3.5 C x 300 sq. mm. Al LT XLPE Cables, fabricated out of 14 SWG MS CRCA sheet, duly painted, earth terminals in addition to standard terminal box, as required. The DG set shall be mounted on a fabricated rigid common base frame with resilient anti-vibration mountings to provide 98% vibration isolation. The DG set shall include all accessories, fittings and instruments complete as per specifications and as required. The entire D.G. Set shall be housed in sound & weather proof acoustic enclosure , suitable for outdoor duty, as per latest Central Pollution Control Board norms. The entire work has to be carried out as per Technical specifications and as per instructions of EIC. The scope shall also include supply & laying of control cabling. The scope shall also include supply & laying of Fuel Piping for 990 litre Day Tank. The scope shall also include supply & making RCC foundation for the D G set. The foundation design shall be approved by the Department. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of preparation of layout drawings, follow up of necessary applications, liason with all Govt. bodies for statuary approvals. All payments towards statutory fees / registration charges shall be made by VECC/ D.A.E. and receipts shall be got prepared in the favour of authorities making payments. Clearance/Approval of complete installation from CPCB /State pollution control board, Central electricity Authority and other licensing authorities wherever required are in the scope of work.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 990 Litres Day Fuel Tank fabricated from 3mm thick M.S. sheets including the cost of removable cover with locking arrangement, painting and also providing all the required appurtenances like inlet and outlet connections, float valves, drain connection, overflow connection to oil sump, Prismatic oil level indicator and including the cost of support arrangement etc. complete as required.
Exhaust Piping: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following MS exhaust piping 4.85 mm thick plate Exhaust pipe], heavy duty class-B complete with all accessories such as bends flanges, flexible connections at a suitable distance etc. and insulated with 75 mm thick layer of LRB rock wool/glasswool /mineral wool wire chicken mesh over insulation and 24 gauge aluminium sheet cladding over the exhaust pipes from silencer to atmosphere.) having 96 kg/m3 density, all-round the exhaust pipe complete as required at site. (Exhaust piping shall be provided upto a height as per CPCB norms, fixing of residential grade silencers, 250 mm NB flexible bellows complete as per attached specifications and instructions of EIC and as per Technical specifications.) Scope also includes Foundation work, Lightning Arrestors Non Seamer Type and Aviation light, however payment of MS support structure shall be done as per item no. 4. Note: The outdoor exhaust piping shall be supported by free standing MS structure grouted in concrete foundation & shall be got approved by EIC before execution. MS structure shall consist of MS angle iron/ channel/sheet complete with 2 coats of enamel paint and shall be measured under item no.4.

The UPS shall have 75000 VAh battery backup using SMF, 12V batteries with cabinet, cables for input & out put connection of the UPS, interconnection cable between battery bank and UPS and inter battery links etc. all as per instructions of EIC and Technical specifications. Scope also includes Battery Rack, Interlink Cable and 12V, SMF Battery. NOTE: Suitable rating 1C copper flexible cables for input connection from existing Panel (MCC-8, SCC first floor electrical sub-station) to UPS and output connection from UPS to UPS Panel-2 (SCC first floor electrical sub station) shall be included in the scope of this item and shall be quoted accordingly.
Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 600 KVA true online double conversion UPS (Loc: RIB building & Cryogenic Plant building) in Level-3 topology with 415V 50Hz 3 phase input and 415V 50Hz 3 phase 4 wire output configuration. The UPS shall have 700000 VAh battery backup using SMF, 2V VRLA batteries with cabinet, cables for input & out put connection of the UPS, interconnection cable between battery bank and UPS and inter battery links etc. all as per instructions of EIC and Technical specifications. Dismantling & Buy back of existing 204 nos. 2V 1000Ah battery bank and 400kVA UPS located at Cryogenic Plant building shall be in the scope of contractor. Earthing System: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of earthing system for HT/LT power system, UPS units and DG set & associated accessories etc. complete as required & as per specifications. NOTE: 1) Measurement of resistance of each earth station & resistance of complete scheme of earthing layout shall be measured. 2) Jointing of the earth strip shall be with brass nut & bolt & also joints shall be soldered. 3) Jointing of the earth wire shall be solder joints only.
Providing and making earth station with Tinned Copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm earth station 2.5 mtr. below ground level complete with all required materials like coke /charcoal, salt, brass nut-bolt & washers, watering arrangement with G.I. Pipe 20 mm dia (B class) & funnel with wiremesh, concrete chamber, 10 mm thick MS chequered plate hinged cover mounted on 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick angle iron frame & including excavation in all types of soil in ground, refilling & removal of excess earth within radius of 500 m. etc. complete as per IS: 3043 & as per drawing No. CED/E&M/STD/12 & as required. NOTE : The chamber cover & frame shall be hinged type & it shall be got approved by department.
Supplying & laying following tinned copper earth wire / earth strip fixed on wall/ side of trench/slab /column /beam /shaft for connection to panel/DBs /SFU's etc. with 5 mm thick G.I. Spacers & 2 mm thick G.I. saddle, in ground at 750 mm below including excavation in ground with protective baked bricks, refilling & removal of excess earth within a radius of 500 mtr. temporary instatement & back filling of trench, consolidation, interconnection of earth strip/wire with brass bolt & nuts & washers & solder jointing, painting with two coats of black bituminous paint for earth wire / strip in ground & green enamel paint for earth wire /strip on surface etc.

MS Fabrication : Supply, fabrication and installation of supports using MS channel/angle/flat/MS rod hangers etc. including painting with two coats of primer and two coats of epoxy paint of approved shade as per instructions of EIC.
Hume Pipes: Supply & installation of heavy duty RCC 150 mm dia Hume pipe of class NP3' to be laid in ground/from concrete cable trench to ground, for passing of cables with necessary joints, concrete supports. Scope includes escavation below ground level in all types of soil/concrete 'road cutting/foot path cutting, nallah cutting / any RCC wall/floor cutting including back filling, dewatering, consolidation, reinstatement of excess earth within the radius of 500 m and original, disposal making good to the original finish etc. spare space of hume pipes after cable laying and spares hume pipes shall be sealed properly with fireproof materials.
