Dismantling of existing Floor/wall tile (for all height)laid in cement mortar without damaging the adjacent structure including stacking the serviceable material with in a lead of 500 m & lift up 15.0 m and disposing the unserviceable materials etc,from the site, including the cost of all labours,materials,tools&plants,scaffolding,transportation and all other charges etc.complete for all heights ,as per the instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper/water proofing cement paint by scrapping,sand papering and preparing the inside LH Tower all heights surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete all including cost of all labours, materials, scaffolding, transportation and LH tower all heights etc as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and applying Two or more coats to inside surface of lighthouse tower with Premium acrylic emulsion paint (including coat of primer) of approved 1st quality Berger/Asian/Nerolac brand over old/new surface of lighthouse tower for all Heights of LightHouse Tower etc to give an even shade including cost of all materials,labours,brushes,transportation,scaffolding and ladder safety measures and all other charges etc.,complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying Two or more coats to exterior surface of lighthouse tower with Synthetic Enamel Paint (including coat of primer) of approved 1st quality Berger/Asian/Nerolac brand over old/new surface of lighthouse tower for all Heights of LightHouse Tower etc to give an even shade including cost of all materials,labours,brushes,transportation,scaffolding and ladder safety measures and all other charges etc.,complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian/ Berger) to give an even shade : two or more coats on old work for Door & window with grill and compound wall grill as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. completefor all height.
