Supplying laying and testing weather proof flat twin core cable of size 2.5 Sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying laying & fixing along the poles/walls or passing through pipes or laid in trenches under floor or through walls etc jointing and testing LT Cross Linked Polythene Insulated (XLPE insulated) galvanized steel strip armoured electric cable, 1100 volt grade heavy duty with aluminium conductor overall served with an outer sheath of PVC complete of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core all as specified & directed Note:- Excavation, earthwork, Sand Cushioning, Cable covers, Pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid for separately.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L sand cushioning in trenches using clean dry river sand for cable cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down will be measured and paid.

Supply and lay sub class "B" burnt bricks, as in cable protection, laid length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in of soil including spreading leveling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground /earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI strip of 32x6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3, including necessary earth work and excavation , charcoal dust, common salt, PCC chamber, RCC cover 40mm thick 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars 75mm C/C both ways, test point and watering pipe complete, including connecting to earthing test point or to DB / Panel complete as directed by Engr in charge and testing resistance etc complete, including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i)The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for main earth lead from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 m only. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance not obtained as per IE rules the earthing will be redone by the contractor as directed by Engnr in charge with out any extra cost to Govt.

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning in repair of weather and vermin proof outdoor type feeder piller box Panel factory made, front openable double door type, CPRI approved, fabricated out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet including mild steel channel frame of ISMC 50 at the base of panel only for grouted with PCC using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, duly epoxy powder coated, complete including all connections with aluminium strips, including angle iron support 50x50x6 mm with 50 CM height from ground level at the base of panel complete all as specified and as directed. S & F in repair of Heritage post top lantern LED IP 65 Rated 230V 20 watts warm white including all necessary accessories for fixing to pole complete all as specified and directed. Make :-Crompton cat part No. LPTH-20-CDL or its equivalent makes in Appendix 'C'

Supply and fix in repair of 3 mtr long aesthetically designed decorative hot dipped galvanised mild steel step pole with grey powder finish.Compatible for all Havells post top range. Window - Plasma cut & duly chamfered opening window of 300x110 mm for terminal connections & mounting accessories. Window cover is fitted with allen screws to the pole including connector ,civil works complete all as specified and as directed. Make Havells Cat part No 7308 or Bajaj Cat part No BJPL01300 / Crompton Cat part No -HM-Deco-03-P and its equivalent makes in Appendix 'C'
