Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtrs wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs depth for pipes, laying etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returing,filling in, including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking of cast iron pipe/DI pipe/MS pipe water mains (including taking down sluice valve, air release valve etc) with spigot and socket ends/flanged and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead for the 200 mm bore complete all as directed.

Supply, lay, connected and testing ductile iron pipes with spigot and socket ends, class "K-9", 200 mm dia conforming to IS 8329-2000 laid in trenches as per IS 12288-1987 of following size including provision of rubber joint complete all as speicified and directed. Note : Earth work excavation, RFR, removal of soil shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection including taking down sluice valve, air release valve of 80 mm dia from trenchs, walls/roofing/ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&L galvanised steel GI tubes of 80mmm dia, medium grade with screwed socket, joint, together with all tube fittings (such as bends, tees,unicons,elbows, connecting pipes etc) and fixing with clis, wall hooks, wooden pluges or laying n trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) The unit rate shall be deemed to inclusive of all GI fittings such as bends, elbows, short piece connections and unions etc of medium grade and jointing material. (ii) Earth work excavation, RFR, removal of soil shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing sluice valve of cast iron (IS:210 Gr.FG 260) non rising SS-410 spindle slsuice valve with bronze body & wedge rings, as per IS : 14846/2000, PN 1.6 hand wheel operated and flanges drilled in accordance to IS:1538 supplied and installed size 200 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron tamper proof kinetic double air release valve conforming to IS : 14845, PN 1.6 flanged end of size 200 mm and fixing up with suitable leather gasketsjoints, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sluice valve of cast iron (IS:210 Gr.FG 260) non rising SS-410 spindle slsuice valve with bronze body & wedge rings, as per IS : 14846/2000, PN 1.0 hand wheel operated and flanges drilled in accordance to IS:1538 supplied and installed size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50mm dia gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes under road pavement hard standing by trenches using ultra sounding techniques and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal dimension 150 x 150 x 150 cm depth with sub class new 'B' bricks in CM (1:6) and 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:6), PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bedding and copping MS frame with 50x50x 6 mm angle iron 4mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangements,hingles and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of sufrace, three coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed to view) including necessary excavation in soft loose, soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting of existing bituminous road/hard standing not exceeding 100mm depth and not exceeding 50 cm wide for laying of pipe and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm aggregate ) .complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick brick walls with CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete set in cement mortar 1:4, type 1:2:4 (20mm grade aggregate) in drain (for use with masonry), copings, kneelers, apex, stones, columns, post, (for stone wailings) of any section indicated with plan fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throatingts etc and settings in mortar complete with joints to match with existings surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for DI pipe fittings confirming to IS 9523-2000 upto 200mm dia bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (Straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and directed.
