Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving Bitumen (as per cluase 504.3.1) complying with IS. 73-2013 of spcified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 percent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of aggregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with Hydraustatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled, vibratory and pandam rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause no 507 etc complete in all respects 30-40 mm compacted thikness as as per MORT&H specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work including all incidental Charges.

Earth work excavation in soil by hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading,in tippers and trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embakment location , with all lifts and lead etc., complte as as per MORT&H specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work including all incidental Charges.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundations with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibrator, including curing for 14 days, etc., complete as as per MORT&H specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work including all incidental Charges.

Plain/ Reinforced cement concrete on open foundation complete as per drawing for pipe culvert and technical specifications etc., complete. B-Case-II PCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer and manual placing etc., complete as as per MORT&H specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work including all incidental Charges.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated TMT Fe-500 Grade bar reinforcement in pipe culvert complete as per drawing and technical specifications etc., complete as as per MORT&H specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work including all incidental Charges.

Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/Prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in in single row, including excation protection works, backfilling, concrte and masonry works in headwall and parapetes etc., complete. Construction of embankement with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all liftsand leads, tranportig to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 etc., complete. Type - A, “W” : Metal Beam Crash Barrier : Providing, erecting a “W” metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long etc., complete as per clause 811 , as as per MORT&H specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of work including all incidental Charges.
