Demolition of dilapidated building in NITC campus

Amount

Subhead A: Demolishing of building including the foundation, plinth protection, flooring in and around the building and all other structures including RCC/RB slabs, beams, columns, masonry walls, doors, windows, ventilators, plumbing, sanitary, electrical installations and all other items without any damages and hindrances to functioning of adjacent buildings/amenities or properties. The serviceable materials are to be removed by the Contractor and unserviceable materials are to be dumped in the Contractor's own dumping yard or approved dump yard of local authority. The site is to be cleaned and levelled. The cost is inclusive of clearing the site in all respect Paid by NITC to Contractor

Subhead B: The amount offered to the Institute (Salvage Value) for taking the serviceable materials such as ventilators, bricks, wooden window/doors including frames, iron grills, old steel rod removed from RCC/RB slabs. Paid by Contractor to NITC
