Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate 63mm to 45mm (Sixty three milimetres to forty five milimetres) specified size to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty/Hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with application of crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two two cubic metres) per ten square metres, to fill up the intersitices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –2 63mm to 45mm ( Sixty three millimetres to forty five millimetres) size 75mm (Seventy Five millimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225 kgs. (Zero decimal two two five kilogrammes) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surfaces cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause-503, including hauling of material in all leads lifts as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetres) compacted thick bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 TPH (One Hundred-One Hundred twenty one tonne per hour) hot mix batch/ drum type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (thirteen milimetres) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity grade Thirty) @ 5.5% (five point five percent) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10(eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneurnatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve – fifteen tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56MP’a (zero point five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specifications clause 509 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two point five milimetres) thick and 0.19 (zero point one zero) metre wide strip in centre line and 0.30 metre (zero point three zero metre) wide strip in zebra crossing including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms (two hundred fifty grames) per square metre area, thickness of 2.5mm (two point five milimetres) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 (thirty five) in accordance with ministory of road transport specification (Latest revision) and IRC Code the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including carriage of labours, equipements and materials to various location all modes of transportation, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
