• Disconnecting of 500KVA voltage stabilizer from AC supply, dragging to loading site by way of using tools & tackles, loading and carrying in private load carrier to workshop for repairs. • Dismantling of core/coils from container by using skilled labours to assess the nature of fault. • Complete rewinding of 02 no legs (40kg/leg) in pure copper wire of adequate strength as per sample • Providing and fitting of insulation material like PVC cotton tape, cork sheet, latheride paper, nuts & bolts for winding and core cell • Reassembling the whole unit at workshop and shifting of the same to station and tested on full load. • Deduct the cost of old scrap as 80% of the weight of copper wire at( 64)

Repairs to 800 Amp ACB of lift irrigation scheme Ijara by way of disconnecting the pvc cables of the starter from the ACB and shift the complete assembly in a private vehicle to the workshop for repairs. The job involves complete overhauling of ACB by way of p/f of new movable jaws type contact point, trip mechanism, breaking spring, ON/OFF indicators, charging handle, trip coil and other damaged parts for the completion of work. Then shifting back to site and tested on full load.
