Outsourcing services for Ferro printer at HQ Chief Engineer Jalandhar Zone JRC during office working hours for printing of drawings , photo copying ,maintenance of files, updation of records, maintenance of old records including stiching register, files etc. by depolying requisite/sufficient manpower on all working days excluding Sunday, National Holidays and closed Holidays complete all as specified in Particular Specification and as directed. Note : (a) Ferroprinter shall having qualification of graduate in any discipline alongwith one year certificate course in computer applications for printing and developing drawing etc. from any Govt recogized institute (b) Presence shall be ensured as per office timings and/or as directed). (c) All required equipment/accessories such as computer, paper, pen ,pencil etc. shall be provided by the controlling authortity. (d) Rate quoted shall be for 01 number Ferro printer per month for one shift daily.

Outsourcing services for data entry operator cum clerk for generation and maintenance of the report returns, typing of tenders, job order, updating of record and correspodances, updating file system, and other routine clerical job as directed by concerned officer (s) by depolying requisite/sufficient manpowers on all working days excluding Sunday, National Holidays and closed Holidays complete all as specified in Particular Specification and as directed in the following office :- (i) HQ Chief Engineer Jalandhar Zone JRC (ii) Garrison Engineer (East) JRC including its sub divisions. Note : (a) Data entry operator shall be qualified in computer typing test having min speed of 30 words per minute in addition to this data entry operator shall able to run all computer software and programe incl knowledge of internet. Qualification of data entry operator shall be graduate in any discipline alongwith one year certificate course in computer applications from any Govt recogized institute. Data entry operator shall perform duties of clerical as and when required. (b). Presence shall be ensured as per office timings and/or as directed). (c) All required equipment/accessories such as computer, paper, pen ,pencil etc. shall be provided by the controlling authortity. (d) Rate quoted shall be for 06 number Data Operator (LDC) per month for one shift daily.

Outsourcing services for daily maintenance of plants, lawns, garden and surrounding area, cutting/trimming of shrubs and tree branches by deploying requisite/sufficient manpower on all working days excluding Sunday, National Holidays and Closed Holidays as specified in Particular Specifications and as directed in the following office:- (i) HQ Chief Engineer Jalandhar Zone JRC Note : (a) Gardener shall be having minimum three years experience in gardening. (b) Availability of the gardener on Sunday, National Holidays and closed Holidays shall be required (without any restriction of 8 hours shift) for watering purpose only. (c). Presence shall be ensured as per office timings and/or as directed. (d) T&P such as HOE (Phawra), Pick axe (gaintti), trowel (Khurpi), Lawn mowers, grass shears etc. will be provided by the contractor. (e) Rate quoted shall be for 02 number Gardener/ Malli per month for one shift daily.

Outsourcing of security services for HQ CE JZ JRC & GE (East) Jalandhar Cantt including its sub divisions. for all work of guarding/chowkidari of the premises shiftwise day/night duty complete all as specified in Particular Specification and as directed in the following offices:- (a) HQ CE JZ JRC (b) GE (East) JRC Note: (a) Gaurd/Chowkidar shall having qualification of 10th class passed from recognized board or university. (b) Should have adequate knowledge of security aspects & have experience of similar nature works. (c) Being an effective communicator & good physical condition & memory (d) Able to stand for prolonged periods of time. (e) Gaurd/Chowkidar will be deployed for three shifts from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs, 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs and 2400 hrs to 0800 hrs with proper handing taking. (f) Gaurd/Chowkidars shall be employed on all the days irrespective of whether it is Sunday/ holiday or otherwise. Accordingly, quoted rate against this item shall be deemed to include for the element of rest reliever to be provided to allow off as per labour laws. (g) Should have items such as Torce, Stick (Lathi), proper uniform with shoe/ boot, cap & raincoat etc. at the itme of duty. (h) Rate quoted shall be for 15 number Gaurd/Chowkidar per month for one shift daily.

Outsourcing carpentary services during office working hours of GE (East) Jalandhar Cantt having following qualification:- (a) Matric or equivalent from a recognized board. (b) Should have passed ITI/NCTVT or equivalent institution in the plumbing trade of minimum one year duration . (c) Should have experience of 02 Yrs of similar nature works. (d) T&P such as hammer, speed square, measuring tape, steel plane, wooden plane, carving chiesels, drill machine etc. will be provided by the contractor. (e) Rate quoted shall be for 04 number Carpenter per month for one shift daily.

Outsourcing services for daily cleaning, sweeping, mopping of MES Buildings (External & internal) and their open areas including rearranging of furniture and cleaning of toilets including disinfection of rooms, cleaning of window panes, doors and window shutters including frame, removal of cob webs and finally cleaning of roofs and open drains by deploying requisite/sufficient manpowers on all working days excluding Sunday, National Holidays and closed Holidays as specified in Particular Specification and as directed in the following office complex :- (i) HQ Chief Engineer Jalandhar Zone JRC (ii) GE (East) Jalandhar Cantt including sub divisions such as AGE B/R-I, AGE B/R-II, AGE E&M, BSO, AO GE East, AAO BSO of GE East & all MES installation under GE East JRC Note : (a) Presence shall be ensured as per office timings and/or as directed. (b) Matric or equivalent from a recognized board. (c) T&P such as brooms, vacuum cleaner, mob (poocha) etc. will be provided by the contractor however detol, phenyl , colin etc. for floor cleaning & other works shall be provided by the controlling authortity. (d) Rate quoted shall be for 16 number Safiwala per month for one shift daily.
