Development of compound near Play Ground /Road at Saloosa Under CDF Block Wagoora, Year 2026-27

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soil inc carriage by MT 6km

Providing and laying of dry stone soling duly hand packed including all carriages.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer with Paint- all complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

6 mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer’s specifications

Carriage of sand/ Aggs for avg 25 Kms by MT

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Add provision for Citizen Information board Embeded and A4 photographs of work before and after execution of work complete Job.
