Comprehensive maintenance of different type of air-conditioners at various sites in electrical Sub-division, Kidwai Bhawan, MTNL, New Delhi.

Round the clock comprehensive maintenance of the following air-cooled type a.c. units as per detailed specifications attached. Comprehensive maintenance includes repairing of all parts of indoor a.c. unit as well as outdoor a.c. unit of the package / ductable a.c.unit including leakage testing, nitrogen pressure testing, coils, belts, drives, motors, compressors, switchgear, controller, remote control, electronic components, refrigerant etc. to keep the a.c.units always in a healthy running condition. In case faulty part is irreparable, the same shall be got replaced with new one without any additional charges. However, irreparable coils and new filters are not covered in the scope of comprehensive maintenance. Dismantled material, wherever replaced without any extra charges, shall be the property of the contractor. a) 9x11TR PACKAGE/Ductable type (Carrier make) air-cooled A.C. units

b) 31x7.5TR ductable type (Carrier make) air-cooled A.C units

Replacement of damaged/ stolen following size soft/hard copper pip including cutting, bending, jointing , brazening etc as reqd. for hot and liqid refrigerant line complete as required as per site requirement. (a) 5/8"

R/F of kinni foam 9mm thick for thermal insulation of copper piping in order to protect it from air born impurities i/c removal of old insulation etc . Complete as reqd

Replacement of tounout/damaged of Synthetic fibre media washable filters with frame (Efficiency 90% down to 20 microns) for 5 0 TR to 5.5 TR ductable/package a.c. unit i/c removing of existing filters.

Replacement of tounout/damaged of Synthetic fibre media washable filters with frame (Efficiency 90% down to 20 microns) for 7.5 TR to 11.0TR ductable/package a.c. unit i/c removing of existing filters.

Replacement of damaged condenser coil of following rating (single/multi circuit) ductable/package a.c.units including flushing of whole system with nitrogen gas complete as required. (Note: Existing coil to be dismantled without any extra charges wherever required and replaced damaged coil shall be the property of contactor) a) 5TR/5.5TR

Replacement of damaged evaporator coil of following rating (single/multi circuit) ductable/package AC unit including flushing of whole system with nitrogen gas complete as required. (Note: Existing coil to be dismantled without any extra charges wherever required and replaced damaged coil shall be the property of contactor) a) 5TR/5.5TR

b) 7.5TR to 9.0TR

Pressure testing with nitrogen gas with nitrogen pressure standing for at least 8 hours, vacummizing & commissioning with appropriate refrigerant (R22/410a/32) i/c supplying & filling the refrigerant for following rating (single/multi circuit) ductable/package AC unit as reqd. a) 5TR/5.5TR

b) 7.5TR to 9.0TR

Replacement no repairable leaking of Drain tray of 5.0TR/7.5TR ductable AC unit with the new drain tray

Replacement of leaking existing Drain arrangement for A/C unit with following pipe size i/c tee , union, socket & etc as reqd ( UPVC hard medium class ) (a) 25mm

Providing and making suitable arrangement for round the clock switching ON/OFF different type of air - conditioning machines maintaining desired temperature inside the conditioning area as required.

AC Guard CP-Corrosion prevention coating for brazing joints, u band, interconnecting copper piping of indoor and outdoor a.c. units ( Note: per job per unit) to be applied wherever corrosive atmosphere damaging coils.
