Fabrication, suppLy, erection, testing and commissioning of wall mountiNg type metering panel made out of 16 gauge CR sheet and power coated for receive KSEB's supply such as provision for fixing 1 No. HT TOD meter for power, 1 No. single phase meter for light, 3 nos 200A HRC fuse base with HRC fuses and neutral link as cut out for power, 1 no. 20A HRC fuse base with HRC fuse and neutral link for light, sutiable CT box and ceiling provision for KWH meter and CT box doors, 200 A , 50 KA 3 pole MCB with 0-300 mA ELR module, shunt trip release and extended rotary handle complete with labour.

Supply and laying of 3 1/2 x 95 sq.mm aluminium armoured cable from KSEB's meter board to MSB through wall / column / built up cable trench / floor etc. complete with labour.

Supply of materials, glanding and termination of following aluminium armoured cable using compression type plated cable gland, aluminium crimping sockets and it's accessories complete with labour.- 3 1/2 x 95 sq.mm aluminium armoured cable.

Charges for HT TOD meter, TTB, CTs, light meter etc.

Supply and laying of 2 mtr x 1 mtr size 6 mm thick electrical grade rubber mat.

Charges to prepare new drawings and connected papers to submit KSEB to obtain power allocation and energistation excluding statutory fees and deposits.

SUPPLY AND ERECTION OF PUMPSETS

Supply Erection testing and commissioning of best quality approved make horizontal split case centrifugal pump set having a discharge of 76 lps against a total head of 25 Meter, Discharge: 76 lps, Total head: 25 m, Suction Head 2.5 m, Length of suction pipe 10 m (Approximately), (A). PUMP :-PUMP :-Supply Erection testing and commissioning of 40 HP C/F Pump set of best quality approved make horizontal split case centrifugal pump set having a discharge of 76 lps against a total head of 25Meter- Discharge: 76lps, Total head: 25m, Suction Head 2.5 m, Length of suction pipe 10 m (Approximately), (B). MOTOR:- Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA approved, reputed make horizontal solid shaft foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for the above pump working three face 50 HZ AC supply, working voltage 415V.The motor shall confirm to IE2/IE3/IS12618:2018 including providing suitable concrete foundation including cost of cement, sand and metal etc complete.

(G).CAPACITOR:- Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of heavy duty APP capacitor for the motor to get a power factor above 0.95.The capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834 . (H).VALVE:- Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked CI double flanged sluice valve and Non return valve with suitable pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support especially for Non return valves. In case of positive suction pump set sluice valve should be in suction as well as delivery sides for easy repair works. (I).SUCTION AND DELIVERY PIPE CONNECTIONS:- Supply and fitting of suitable size best quality GI/MS pipe of thickness not less than 8 mm for a adequate length by connect Erection Charges to be paid to KSEB as CD, maintenance and service charges, cost of TOD meter etc Unforeseen expenses size foot valve and connecting the suction pipe and valve with suitable flanges, nut and bolts IR sheet etc. Complete and connecting the delivery side of the pump with the valves and suitable specials to connect with the pumping main .If the dia of suction pipe is above 80 mm CI/DI/MS pipes & special shall be provided.instead of foot valves, Vacuum pump will be optional with in the scope of this item.

Supply erection , testing and commissioning of the pump set with the above specification with two years warranty.
