Outsourcing of round the clock services (including Sunday and holiday) for manning and operation of Central AC Plant (50TR x 3) at Engine Holding Bay AC installation and its periodical maintenance as mentioned below all as directed by Eng-in-charge /GE: (A) EHB AC PLANT AT LRMR (a) REF Mech (Skilled) - 3 Nos (01 No per shift) for 3 shifts (b) Each shift shall be of 08 hrs DETAILS OF PLANT (i) Semi hermatic Compressor 50 TR - 03 Nos (One standby) (ii) Squirrel cage Induction Motor 10 HP -02 Nos (One standby) (iii) Squirrel cage Induction Motor 7.5 HP -02 Nos (One standby) (iv) Condenser water pump set 8.5 KW capacity -02 Nos (One standby) (v) Chiller water pump set 5.5 KW capacity - 02 Nos (One standby) (vi) Chiller Unit Shell and Tube Type 50 TR -03 Nos (One standby) (vii) Condenser Unit Shell and Tube Type 50 TR -03 Nos (One standby) (viii) AHU 29000 CFM capacity with 15 HP Motor -02 Nos (ix) LT Electrical panels - 02 Nos Note: (i) Work shall be in three shifts of 8 hours by employing manpower for the entire system including attending telephonic complaints, maintaining necessary records and documents complete. (ii) Details of shift for deployment of operators will be given by the Engineer-in-Charge as per site requirement accordingly the duty roaster to be submitted by the contractor before commencement of month.

Note for item No. 1: (i) Operator must be skilled and must have knowledge of Operation and General maintenance of AC Plant and attending minor faults whenever arise. (ii) The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost towards uniform for the staff employed for wearing during the working hours . the uniform shall be pant, shirt & shoes and the pattern of the uniform shall be decided by the Engineer- in -Charge. An amount of Rs 1000/- for each installation per month will be recovered in case of non wearing of uniform with name plate. (iii) Common mobile phone, torch light, rain coat , gum boot and minor electrical/ REF mechanical tools to be provided to the duty operator by the Contractor in all locations. Expenditure incurred in this aspect is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the Contractor. (iv) It is the responsibility of the Contractor to provide reliever and give weekly off to REF Mech and no additional cost shall be claimed by the Contractor. The rate quoted by the Contractor is deemed to include the pay and allowances of the reliever. Contractor must make payments to the employed personnel through AADHAR linked bank account only. Details of accounts with name shall be submitted along with RAR claims.

(v) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of supply and maintenance of the documents such as log sheets and date of daily/weekly/monthly/half yearly maintenance should be entered in log sheet and signed by in charge of installation and daily log sheet to be submitted to concerned JE before 1000 hrs of succeeding day otherwise absent report will be initiated for those shift for which log sheet are not submitted. (vi) Necessary Insurance for all the Employees Deployed for the M&O to be carried out as per prevailing Rules and copy of the same should be submitted to the Engg.in.charge within one month of the commencement of the work. (vii) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of cost towards keeping the installation area upto 05 RM neat and tidy during the contract period and removal of debris away from the installations including repairs/ replacement of internal fittings & fixtures through out the contract period. An amount of Rs.500/- per month for each installation will be recovered for non-greasing of pump set and non-replacement of glandrope and gland packing etc.

(viii) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of tools and safety equipment required for running and maintenance of plants. (ix) Necessary inventory for the items installed at site to be prepared jointly for Handing Taking over of assets between Department and Contractor, any Deficiencies in items noticed during the period of contract, the contractor shall be liable to make good to the items with the items of original specifications as received at the time of Taking over. (x) It will be Contractors responsibility to submit all the documents as asked by the Security Department of the concerned area to obtain Necessary Entry Pass to the working area and copy of the same should be submitted to the Engineer In charge. (xi) All the Skilled operator shall be qualified holding certificate in the trade from ITI or equivalent institute and having minimum two year experience in the respective field for which they are to be deployed and all certificates produced within 7 days for the issue of work order otherwise the operator should be removed from duty.

Material and labour for disconnecting existing incoming LT UG cable ends carefully from source of supply and control panel , replacement of burnt lugs as per site requirements including tightening of power cables, cleaning the carbon deposit and replacement of unserviceable burnt wiring with necessaary lugs, terminal blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting 3 pole of rating 125 Amps, Ics=100% Icu, breaking capacity 36 KA and including additions / alterations to exisiting MCCB mounting place in the panel for properly fixing in panel, complete all as specified and directed. Makes: Legrand/L & T/ ABB/Schneider

Supply and fixing Contactor 3 pole of rating 115 Amps for AC supply 415 V, including additions / alterations to exisiting mounting place in the panel for properly fixing in panel, complete all as specified and directed. Makes: Legrand/L & T/ ABB/Schneider
