CONSULTANCY IN RESPECT OF THE PREPARATION OF DETAILED PROJECT REPORT FOR PROVISION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT WITH SEWAGE PIPE LINE FOR DISPOSAL OF WASTE WATER IN MARU VIHAR AT AF STN SURATGARH

Preparation of detailed project report for Approx 143 Acre land (5 copies hard and soft copy) covering planning activities like site survey, soil investigation, enabling works, preparation of basic architectural drawing, structural design, BOQs and estimate in respect of the project “Preparation of DPR for Provision of sewage treatment plant with sewage pipe line for disposal of waste water in Maru Vihar area at AF Station Suratgarh” of approx capacity as per sewage load of Maru Vihar area at Air Force Station Suratgarh. Full details of the following shall be prepared for the subject work. Using different colour coding in AO paper sheet. (a) Topographical details including marking of existing/proposed sewage network plan and providing soft and hard copy of plan/contour plan at contour interval of 300 mm all as specified and directed for complete STP project at Maru Vihar (Under Air Force Station Suratgarh) pocket wise as feasible and economically suitable having following details: - (i) Buildings (ii) Trees (iii) External Electric line, transformer, power house etc. (iv) Telephonic lines (v) Temporary structures (vi) Contours at 300 mm intervals (vii) Land area survey (viii) Roads and security walls (ix) Scale used (x) Drainage network. (xi) Marking of available distance of proposed STP and existing STP (xii) Design of pipe line with discharge calculation. (xiii) Design of UG sump (xiv) Design of electrical and mechanical apparatus (xv) Level sheet prepared by total station instrument for entire Air Force Station with respect to sewage and treated water disposal network.

(b) Preparation of approximate estimate Part-I and Part-II, Accommodation statement Part–II and other documents required as directed with full details of design, drawings and estimates of proposed STP on approved latest technology duly vetted by IIT/NIT/ Engg Collage as per scope of work and SOC based on following: - (i) SOA-2022 and DWP-2020 (ii) E-in-C’s rates and specifications (iii) Accommodation statement Part-I provided by user (iv) E-in-C’s policies in respect of STP (v) Desired percentage for disposal of treated water. Note: - The consultant must recommend the most suitable technology for STP which has to be approved by HQ CE (AF) WAC, Palam. Thereafter the proposed STP has to be designed along with the entire sewage network and drawing and estimates are to be prepared duly vetted by any IIT/NIT/Goct. Engg Collage and thereafter the same is to be approved by CE (AF) WAC Palam. (c) Preparation of detailed architectural, structural and schematic drawings and specifications of STP using any latest recommended technology vetted from IIT/NIT/Govt. Engg Collage as per estimates in hard and soft copy (Duty rooms, pump room, DG set Room, Toilet and bathroom). (d) Planning and design of electrochemical and essential of utility services i.e. self flushing tank for cleaning velocity water supply, electric supply, plumbing work, roads path, gates, area drainage, water harvesting, arboriculture and land scaping with contingency plan where treated water can be disposed off during rainy season. (e) Planning and design of security lights for area illumination in STP primacies. (f) Planning and execution of the soil investigation works including soil parameters. SBC at required depth, plate load test carrying out the same as per NBC and BIS code provisioning and submission of the reports in hard and soft copy with photographs.

(g) Designing structural drawing of the building as per Approximate Estimate considering the seismic zone V criteria saver exposer conditions for SBC valves and depth already conducted and submitting the design drawing along with design folder in hard and soft copy in 5 sets duly vetted by IITs/NITs/Govt Engr Collages. (h) Design of equipments to keep as required temperature in treatment plant and optimum utilization of plant cleaning peak summer. (j) Planning of site clearance and area development, water conservation, energy saving devices and check feasibility and financial effect to connect existing STP at Akash Vihar through sewage network. (k) Preparation of estimation bill of quantities including framing the tender specification, complete technical data pre-qualification criteria for proposed contractors to be deployed.
