GENERAL NOTES: 1. Before quoting, the bidder shall visit the site and make himself familiar with the site, nature, conditions and quantum / scope of work involved. Site inspection reports are to be submitted without which bid will be summarily rejected. 2. Item description may be read in conjunction with detailed specifications, terms & conditions provided in detailed technical specifications. 3. Bidders are requested to fill all the sheets of technicalforms & upload the same carefully. Catalogues of make & model of the equipments used CCTV & PA system may be uploaded alongwith the technical bid. 4.The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles & installation including all taxes (except EPF &ESI) and other charges if any. No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect. 5. The workers employed for the work shall strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code. 6.The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employees State Insurance Act, Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under. 7.Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF & ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ central government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF & ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the Department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor. The bidder should not consider EPF & ESIC in his rates. 8. The L1 position of tender will be evaluated based on total amount of all the three works i.e., BOQ2, BOQ3 & BOQ4 only. It may be noted that AMC charges of PA system i.e., item No.2 of BOQ4 shall not be considered for evaluation of bid. The same shall be reviewed by the department subsequently.

Supplying and drawing of single pair, 2 core, 1.5 Sq.mm speaker cable Fire Retardant PVC insulated copper conductor cable in the existing surface / recessed steel/ PVC conduit including connections and interconnections etc. as required.

Demolition of the following like B.T. road, kadapa stone flooring/ cement mortar manually with chisels at ground level including disposing off the debris within a lead of 150m, complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 /M15 (1cement: 2 sand: 4 aggregate) using 20mm size stone aggregate at all floors and locations (upto a height of 25m ) including cost of mixing, consolidating, curing and finishing the top surface etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Supplying and laying of 32mm nominal outside dia, 3mm thick HDPE PLB pipe ISI marked in the existing trench or on wall surface complete with fitting, cutting, jointing etc. as required including all accessories such saddles, screw etc as per the instructions and directions of E-I-C.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Charges per year including the cost of all the spares for maintenance of the above equipment applicable after one year of guarantee/ Defect Liability Period including taxes complete as per the terms and conditions mentioned in detailed specifications. (AMC charges are not included in Total of BOQ4 below and the same shall not be considered for evaluation of tender.)
