Takendown the 11 TR outdoor unit ductable type A.C machine(make - Voltas),disconnecting refrigerant hard round copper pipe,1-1/8 suction line & 5/8 liquid line by gas welding & dismentaling electrical gadgets,contractor,condenssor blower motor etc.

providing and constructing 03 (three) numbers of RCC pillar supports for each machine. Each pillar will have a height of 3 feet from the existing ground level and a base dimension of 1 ft × 3 ft.The RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) pillars will be constructed using cement, sand, stone aggregates, water, and suitable steel reinforcement bars (rebar). The process includes excavation as required, formwork, reinforcement placement, proper concreting, curing, and finishing to ensure adequate strength, stability, and durability of the support pillars.

Disconnect electrical connections, refrigerant lines, drain lines, communication cables, and supports &r ecover refrigerant gas from the system using proper tools as per safety standards and reinstallation of the existing 11 TR outdoor machine in new Pillar Support

Repairing of 2 ft × 2 ft (four-side) duct insulation for a total length of 20 ft to prevent sweating Checking the full length of the duct (20 ft) for damaged, loose, soaked, or missing insulation.Cleaning the duct surface by removing old or wet insulation material ,as well Checking for air leakage observing for condensation formation after system restart

Repairing of 1/2 HP Condenser Blower Motor (Make: Marathon) including Checking the blower motor for faults such as bearing damage, coil burn, capacitor failure, loose wiring, or abnormal noise/vibration.Testing insulation resistance and continuity alo replacing capacitor, bush, fan blade key, or terminal connectors if required as wel Tightening all nuts, bolts and aligning the shaft properly.Checking RPM, noise level, vibration, and temperature rise

Repairing of broken angle supports of the blower motor inside the outdoor machine by electrical welding, including repairing of broken angel supports of the blower motor inside the outdoor machine by electrical welding.

Charges for providing 22 SWG GI sheet outdoor fan ducting of 700 mm diameter and 300 mm length, including materials, complete in all respects providing necessary flanges, supports, rivets/screws, sealant, and fixing accessories

Supply and Fixing (S/F) of 11 TR M-Controller for controlling the AHU unit and the corresponding outdoor unit

Supplying and laying of 1-1/8" and 5/8" hard-drawn copper pipes with nitrile rubber insulation.

Replacement of the existing 11 TR AHU expansion valve with a new expansion valve (Make: Danfoss)Installing the valve with proper alignment, flare/brazed joints, and required accessories. Ensuring nitrogen purging during brazing to avoid carbon formation inside the copper lines

Replacement of Air Handling Unit (AHU) Filter of size 610 × 610 mm , Filtration Medium Material Synthetic Fiber, Construction Panel Filter, Material Aluminum, Medium Material Synthetic -Fiber Filtration Grade- Pre Filter

Supplying and fixing long filter drier (Size: 5/8" × 5/8") for removal of moisture from the refrigeration system and protection of the expansion valve from choking

S/F of 4 core 6 mm un. armor flexible copper cable.

S/F 3 core 2.5 sqr/mm copper main cord for inter connection in indoor & outdoor unit.

Supply & laying 1.1 KV Power Cable 4 core 16 sqmm stranded AL armoured cable. (Glostar/KEI/RR Kabel)

Charges for refrigeration Gas - R-22.

Carrying charges for Company’s Nitrogen cylinder, vacuum pump motor, and gas cylinder set from the workshop to the work site and back, including complete leak testing of the entire refrigeration system by an expert technician using high-pressure nitrogen, flushing of the condenser unit and refrigerant pipelines with nitrogen pressure, and thorough vacuuming of the system to remove moisture, air, and non-condensable gases, ensuring the system is fully clean and ready for refrigerant charging.
