CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARING ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL AND BILLS OF QUANTITIES FOR PROVISION OF BUILDING AND SERVICES OF INTEGRATED BOILER SHOP AT NAVAL DOCKYARD MUMBAI

Providing Consultancy services for prepration of preliminary architectural drawings and structural design with drawings, detailed working architectural drawings and detailed structural design with drawings (Proof checking and duly vetting of Structural Design and Drawings by approved IIT/NIT Or Government Engineering College), including preparation of Schedule of finishes, typical drawings, foundation details, design calculations and preparation of complete bill of quantities with rate analysis, quotations for each item and internal and external services i.e Internal Electrification & Internal Water Supply, LP Air Supply System, Special Power Supply, External Electrification, Fire Detection and Alarm System and Fire Fighting System for the proposed Integrated Boiler Shop building in RCC framed structure including basement with RCC retaining wall, ground floor with two mezannine floors, first floor with one mezannine floor and second floor including foundation to permanent specifications including Sewage Disposal and Area drainage with details of scope of work as follows :-

Note: Conceptual layout drawings for each floor i.e. basement, Ground floor with two mezannine floors and First floor with 3rd mezannine floor and second floor of the proposed building shall be followed.

(a) Basement Floor in RCC framed structure with foundation, columns, beams, lintels including ramps, stair case and provision for goods lift etc. complete with joinery, flooring, internal & external finishes with RCC retaining wall including provision of pump room & Under Ground (UG) sump of capacity 50000 Litres with details as under :- (i) Plinth area=1054 Sqm and ceiling height of basement from FFL (-) 4.05 metre

(b) Ground floor workshop building with two mezannine floors in RCC framed structure with columns, beams, slabs, lintels, stairs, facilitation to erect 40 T EOT crane, lift openings etc. complete including joinery, flooring, internal & external finishes, glazing for natural ventilation etc. with parking sheds for scooters and cars with details are as under :- (a) Ground Floor work shop building Plinth area = 1350.00 Sqm and ceiling height 13.5 mtrs with two mezannine floors. The details of mezannine floors as under :- (i) 1st mezannine floor Plinth area 485.00 sqm and ceiling heightt 4.05 metre (ii) 2nd mezannine floor Plinth area 593.00 sqm ceiling height 4.05 metre

(c) First floor workshop building in RCC framed structure with columns, beams, slabs, lintels, stairs, facilitation to erect 01 No of 5 T EOT crane, lift openings etc. complete flooring, internal & external finishes, joinery, glazing for natural ventilation, roof treatment etc. with details as under :- (i) Plinth area for work shop bldg 1313.00 Sqm and ceiling height 8.5 metre and 3rd mezannine floor of plinth area 809.00 Sqm with ceiling height 4.05 metre

(d) Second floor workshop building in RCC framed structure with columns, beams, slabs, lintels, stairs, lift openings etc. complete flooring, internal & external finishes, joinery, glazing for natural ventilation, roof treatment etc. with details as under :- (i) Plinth area for work shop building 646.00 Sqm and ceiling height 4.05 metre

(e) Shed for parking cars and scooters with galvalume sheet roofing with steel trusses with details as under :- (i) Shed 1 of size 22.50 x 5.00 metres (ii) Shed 2 of size =15.00 x 5.00 metres

(f) Providing consultancy services including design, preparation of layout and SLD/circuit drawings, submission of design calculations, bill of materials, technical specifications as per IS/IEC codes make, model, rate analysis supported by price list/quotations and workmanship, testing procedure at factory and on site confirming to relevant IS/IEC code including providing technical/particular specifications for the following services :- (i) LP Air system consisting of LP Air compressors, electric control panel, piping, valves, FRL and quick couplers etc. for LP air supply points as shown in drawing No T-002,T-003, T-004 and T-005.

(ii) Special power supply i.e. power supply through UPS with independent distributions board and power sockets to cater for computers for the following locations :- (a) Basement - 06 Nos (b) Ground floor - 05 Nos (c) First Mezzanine - 06 Nos (d) 2nd Mezzanine - 10 Nos (e) First floor - 19 Nos (f) Third Mezzanine - 52 Nos

(iii) Electric power supply consisting of LT distribution panels, cabling, cable tray, power supply control switch gear of machine location for the machinery as shown in technical specifications. Note :- The power supply design distribution shall also include power supply requirement for internal electricfication, LP air system, EOT cranes, lifts, water supply pumps, Fire fighting pumps, Fire alarm and special power supply, central air conditioning plants all as per details given in technical specification. (iv) Fire detection and alarm system complete including control panel with back up power, detectors, manual call points, hooters, response indicator with strobe, isolators, modules and cabling for the entire building all as per CEFEES guide lines and National Building Code of India.

(v) Fire fighting system including wet riser sprinkler water system comprising of electric operated fire fighting pump, jockey pump, diesel engine driven pump, associated valves, controls, pipe lines, hydrants, sprinklers, motor control panel, cabling etc. all as per CEFEES guide lines and National Building Code of India.
