(c) A layer of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS 702-1988 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm will be applied over primer. (d) Laying of APP Membrane polymeric water proofing membrane 3mm thick and weight not less then 3Kg/sqm with non woven polyster reinforcement and bonded completely to the substrate & the overlaps are then scale/fused by flame as per manufacture instruction and laying procudere. the minimum overlaps of 100mm shall be allowed at the ends and sides of strips polymeric membrane. (e) Applying a layer of blown garde bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and blinding material such as sand in dry condition @ 0.5 to 1.0 Kg/sqm shall be dusted over the bitumen (f) Toping will be done with brick tiles 40mm thick laid over 15mm screed bedding in layer of CM 1:4 and jointed & pointed in CM 1:4 linseed oil @ 5% by weight of cement shall be mixed with CM for screed and pointing to the brick tiles. after laying the curing shall be cured with water ponding ,complete all as specified .

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soil and loose soil complete all as specified .

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut in skirting/dado, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture or pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and granite polishing including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 ,complete all as specified .

M & L hardcore of broken bricks or boulders n .exc 15 cm thick of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, sprayed and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces,complete all as specified .

S & F Sheet glass of ordinary quality 3.00 mm thick in panes n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane ,complete all as specified .

M & L Machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade conforming to IS-15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment ,complete all as specified .

M & L PCC 1 : 3 : 6 Type C-1 ( 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) in lintel upto 1.5m clear span,cill, steps,seismic and other similiar bands, plinth courses,string courses, laacing courses parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, bed plates, copings, kerbs, etc. water troughs and the like includind weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating ,complete all as specified .

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately)and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. to match with the existing good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. match with the existing complete all as specified.

M & L point wiring for one light point/fan point controlled by one way switch using 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor,FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable in and including 20 mm dia or higer size PVC concealed conduit and fittings with 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area used as continuous earth wire and connected to earth dolly including metal flush boxes with white cover plate and making neccessory electrical connection of modular type Switches, sockets,regulators etc,complete all as specified .
