Supply & Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of approved colour and design having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel & iron surfaces & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth etc., complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, 50mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Installation of Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED (80-100) microns with pure Zinc(99.9%) & ALLOY COATING (200-250)microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3043. The outer and inner pipe should be 89mm(wall thickness of 3.2mm) & 42mm (wall thickness of 3.2mm) dia, 3 Metre Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the top side for additional protection of the Terminal. Note:- Installation of Earth Pit:- Digging & excavation of earth pit of 8-10 inch dia 11 feet depth. The earth electrode of 89mm dia to be inserted in the pit & rest area of the pit to be filled & packed with ELECTRODITE bfc & same to be rammed to clear air gape. Additionally around a driven earth electrode a circular trench is to dug 1 feet away from earth electrode about 1 feet dia & 6 inch-1 feet depth.
