Periodical Maintenance of various PMGSY Roads under Nahan Division under AMP for the Year 2021-22

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 ( Three) as per Technical Specification Clause 405. by manual means including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (zero decimal seven zero to One Kilograme per square meter) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 ( Five hundred two), including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (zero decimal two five to zero decimal three zero Kilograme per square meter) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 ( Five hundred three). including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30mm thick bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-10 binder @ 5.5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Earthwork in excavation in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils for structure as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal all leads dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete M-10 (Ten) grade nominal mix1:3:6 (One cement : three Sand:six graded stone aggregate10mm to 40mm (Ten milimeter to forty milimeter) nominal size) in open foundation complete as per drawing and HP.PWD. technical specifications.clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 including all leads, lifts, carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.including all leads, lifts, carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
