Name of the Work: Construction of Additional rooms and halls in the existing public building (Veterinary Hospital) at A.V.Nagaram (V) Thondangi (M), Est.cost : Rs.10.00 Lakhs. Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH including over head charges and Contractor's profit but excluding GST charges

Filling with useful available excavated earth with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. Plain Cement Concrete in (1:4:8) proportion ( Cement; fine aggregate" Coarse aggregate) for foundations and uinder flooring bed using 40mm size ( SS5) hard granite metal from approved quarry incluidng cost and conveyance of all materials like Cement, Sand, coarse aggregate, watering etc to site,and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying concrete, ramming in 15 CM layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST and seigniorage etc.complete for finished item of work (APSS No.402).

Providing impervious coat over RCC roof slab to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. 20mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1Kg/bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine sand(screened), water proofing compound, water etc., to site, seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar, laying, rounding off at junctions of wall and slab, rendering smooth with thread lining, curing, lift charges, etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 903)

Brick Masonry for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:8) prop: (cement : sand) using second class traditional bricks of size 23x11x7 cm from approved quarry and having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work. Flooring with soluble salt porcelain vitrified tiles screen printed and polished of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, fine sand(screened), water and tiles etc., complete, including seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of conveyance of all materials. Providing skirting to internal walls to 15 cm height/risers of steps with vitrified tiles length equal to flooring stones, set over base coat of CM (1:5) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., complete including seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work.

Flooring with Non-skid ceramic tiles, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, including etc., complete for finished item of work.

Dadooing to walls with coloured glazed tiles 1st. quality of any size of brand as approved by Engineer - in - charge and set over a base coat of CM (1:5), 12mm thick and neat cement paste at the rate of 3.3 Kg/Sqmt. and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine sand (screened), water, tiles, etc. to site, seigniorage charges, sales and other taxes on all materials, C921 such as mixing of cement mortar, laying in position, curing, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint over a priamry coat of water based Cement Primer Interior Grade of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint over a priamry coat of water based Cement Primer Exterior Grade of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for External walls

Supplying and Fixing European Water Closet of 1st quality conforming to IS:2556-Part-2-1973 of Hindustan / Neycer or Parryware make white glazed with 'P' trap including 10 lit. low level PVC flusihing system of parryware make confirming to IS 7231 with all internal fittings, CI brackets, 32mm dia CP flush pipe, 15mm dia 450mm long PVC connerctor, 15mm dia Cp brass strop cock 300 grams of ISI make, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required including cost & conveyance of all material to work site, all labour charges for all operations for fixing, all taxes etc., complete for finished item of work.
