85892 E8 Provision of Certain Work Services for Certain Technical Infrastructure At AF Stn Jodhpur.

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.50mtr wide and n. exc 1.50mtr in depth for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes etc n exc 10sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n. exc 1.5mtr wide & exc 1.5mtr but n. exc 3.0mtr in depth; for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc 10sqm on plan & getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas exceeding 1.50 mtr but not exceeding 3.00 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soil out side MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Place/spot for dumping excavated soil out side MD land shall be ascertained by contractor at his own cost.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(20mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation , sub base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping of columns, hooping ends and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia are securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to side of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or to batter rough finish surface or concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam,beam haunchings,girders,bressumers,lintels,cantilevers,shelves including supports,over hangs, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for centering,shuttering and working in buildings/structures of height 6.00 mtr above ground level.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete (Design Mix) M-25 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation including raft footing, footing foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column etc. basement slabs under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete (Design Mix) M-25 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in beams,cantilevers,bressumers,lintels over 1.50 mtr span complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for centering,shuttering and working in buildings/structures of height 6.00 mtr above ground level.

M & L for squared rubbled walling,jodhpur type brought upto courses,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for flush pointing to square rubble masonry coursed or uncoursed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, guide rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel in plates ( Plain or Chequered) channel,square cut or notched (or oridinary and counter sunk) forming holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel wire rope (SWR) of 12mm dia including straining with steel post including staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 0.63 mm thick galvanised sheet, corrugated MS sheeting with two corrugation lap in roofs,walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts with washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of CGI Sheet/steel surfaces of any girth or width of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of any tint paint in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including prepration of newly steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed with grade of zinc coating 275.

M & L for 4-M16 & M20 mm chemically anchored bolt HIT-V GRADE 5.8 HILTI, 400mm and 100mm(as required) Long embeded in concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for chemical grout 50 mm thick below base plate of column with 50 mm projection around base plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L mild steel Pully of 60 MM dia for fixing rope over column complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
