RequiredIf the bidder is a firm in partnership, the bid shall be signed by all the partners of the firm above their full typewritten names and current addresses, or, alternatively, by a partner holding power of attorney for the firm. In the later case a certified copy of the power of attorney should accompany the bid. In both cases a certified copy of the partnership deed and current address of all the partners of the firm should accompany the bid.

RequiredIf the bidder is a limited company or a corporation, the bid shall be signed by a duly authorized person holding power of attorney for signing the bid accompanied by a copy of the power of attorney. The bidder should also furnish a copy of the Memorandum of Articles of Association duly attested by a Public Notary.

RequiredGST registration Certificate as applicable or an undertaking (lf work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration Certificate as applicable within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/We shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due towards me/us on a/c of the work executed and/or for any action taken by CPWD or GST department in this regard.
