Improvement and exten of LWSS Dehra Town

Providing & installation of India Mark-III( 65mm) and India Mark-II extra deep (32mm) deep well hand pumps as per IS 13056-1991 alongwith its up to date amendments and IS 9301 respectively comprising of following items:- Transportation of suitable truck/Tractor mounted rig where road available or with portable rig where road not available with DTH/ODEX/Percussion/Calyx/Rotory method alongwith necessary accessories etc. to the site of work and errection including levelling of site etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Drilling bores of 152mm dia as per IS-2800-1979 ( IS: 2800 P-I) off road and on road ( both) 1991 re-affirmed 2001 using DTH with ODEX attachment rig required drilling in collapsible strata, comprising conglomerate, boulders, pebbles, gravels, silt, clay etc. including cost of attachments, consumable stores, bits, water, POL etc. complete with system of simultaneous lowering of 125mm nominal bore 5 mm thick MSERW fincut casing pipe which will be welded together using 2.5mm or 3.25mm dia Advani/Oerlixon electrodes with one plain end and the other end chamfered in 50 degrees including removing paint on the area to be welded, inclusive of the cost of bio-degradable and not-toxic foam flush etc omplete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. MSERW fincut casing pipe, casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX to be paid separately.

Supplying and lowering of IS marked 125 mm nominal bore, 5 mm thick fincut MSERW casing pipes as per IS 4270-2001 and requirement of ODEX attachment from approved manufacturers complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing suitable casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX attachement complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collection and preservation of soil samples in ploythene bags complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Development of bore well and yield testing with Air compressor through 90 degree V-notch and disinfection etc.complete in all respects as per IS-2800-1979 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and lowering of IS-marked Riser pipes medium class screwed and socketed & welded conforming to IS-1239-1990 (Part-I) with uptodate ammendments including cost of all cuttings,threadings & welding wherever required in a rendom length of 3 Mtrs.inclusive of transportation charges to the site complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The seam less sockets shall be provided as per IS 13056-1991.

Supplying and errection of IS marked India Mark-II extra deep well hand pumps (32mm) confirming to IS: 9301 consisting of pump head assembly,cylinder assembly and seven connecting rods complete in all respect for installation down to depth from 40 to 80 mtr as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of extra connecting rods upto 3 mtrs. length in hand pump as per site conditions complete in all respect as per dierction of Engineer -in-Charge
