Repair and Maintenance works on Pasighat-Mebo-Dambuk-Bomjir Road section of NH-13 from Km 550.150 to Km 564.39, Km 564.39 to Km 583.480 and Km 595.00 to Km 613.500 (NH-13) under STMC in the state of Arunachal Pradesh.

Clearing and Grubbing Road Land (Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.)

Hill Side Drain Clearance (Clearance of earth from the choked hill side drain using Back-Hoe loader and disposing it on the valley side using a Back Hoe Loader)

Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) (Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment.)

Maintenance of Culverts Slab type (Maintenance of Slab type Culvert by way of Cleaning, Clearing, Erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work as per drawing and technical specification Clasue 1908).

Removal of existing cement concrete wearing coat including its disposal complete as per Technical specification without causing any detrimental effect to any part of the bridge structure and removal of dismantled material with all lifts and lead upto 1000m(Thickness 75 mm)

Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Painting on concrete surface (Providing and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 Sq.m. )

Fog Spray (Providing and applying low viscosity bitumen emulsion for sealing cracks less than 3 mm wide or incipient fretting or disintegration in an existing bituminous surfacing.)

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 40mm. (Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2) (i) For grading-II material

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.)

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector (Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973)

Maintenance of Road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory/regulatory/ cautionary/ informatory and place identifications sign board as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 1910.

Clearance of landslides in soil and ordinary rock by a Hydraulic Excavator of 1 cum bucket capacity including loading in tippers, trimming side slopes, in accordance with requirements of existing pavement surface and transporting to the dumping sites within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.
