Attending of call basis electrical faults /complaints intimated by telecom authority at various telephone exchanges within BSNL OA Mehsana i.e. minor faults in BSNL side electricity power supply / EA set power supply failure /Minor faults in Split Air-Conditioning units / i/c cleaning, checking & tightening of power distribution switchgears from main incoming power supply source to equipment / load end by employing various T & P and other miscl. accessories i/c temporary arrangement for EA set service battery, power supply extention cables & restoration of existing power supply to exchange etc. complete as reqd. Note:-Agency shall not be paid extra on the following ;(1) Agency has to submit the site visit notes / reports duly signed by the concerned exchange authority showing the complete details of faults attended and work executed.(2) If any spare/recovered switch/cable is already available at site then same shall be utilised with due consent of the exchange incharge and nothing shall be paid extra for this.(3) Agency has to arrange necessary tools and plants ,transportation/vehicle within scope of work and nothing extra shall be payable for this.(4) Under this item only site visit & minor repairing is covered, however any faulty items to be replaced shall be paid separately.( a ) <= 25 Kmtrs. Replacement & installation of the following capacity 12 Volt low maintenance type lead acid battery with initial charging & applying anticorrossive chemical on leads connections testing etc i/c credit of non return of unserviceable old battery as required.(a) 88 /90AH

Providing & fixing of the SMPS type electronic Battery Charger of 10 Amp capacity for all capacites DG set i/c making connection etc as reqd.* Input voltage: 170 to 270 V (L-N) , * Frequency: 48 to 52 Hz , * Charging voltage: 13.2 to 14.4 V , * Charging current: 10 A DC ,* Constant current constant voltage * LED indication for operation mode

Reparing of the SMPS type / transformer type Battery Charger of 10 Amp capacity i/c making connection etc as reqd.

Carry out of "B" check of the following capacity DG set of various make i/c replacement of lube oil, element type lube oil filter/screw type lube oil filter, set of fuel filter, air filter, tightening of all nut bolts for arresting all king of leakages cleaning of the air filter, Tapped setting adding distilled water in the battery, checking of the battery etc as reqd.(a) 40 to 62.5 KVA

Reparing & servicing of the Self starter upto 320 KVA capcity E/A set i/c replacement of brushes, spring, pinion teeth, solenoid relay/starting realy i/c dismantling & refixing at site etc. complete as reqd.

Callibration of the fuel pump & nozzle from the authorised workshop of Mico dealer dismantling & refixing etc as reqd.( For 2 to 6 Cylinder pump & Nozzle)

Servicing / Repairing of the radiator with water i/c removing the coolant of the radiator Cleaning the radiator with cleaning solvent & adding the distilled water & recommended make coolant in the radiator testing checking the leakages for all capacities Engine etc as reqd.(a) For E/A set up to 125 KVA

(b) For E/A set 160 KVA to 320 KVA

Rewinding of the 3 to 5 HP 3 phase capacity monoblock building water pump with copper conductor H class insulated copper enamalled suitable gauge wire i/c taking to workshop, reinstallation, painting, servicing, credit of burned windings etc as reqd

Replacement of Direct-On-Line Moter Starter/Controller in sheet steel enclosure suitbale for 5.0 HP Open well submersible pump offering protection from Over load, Single phasing, Phase reversal, Phase imbalance ,with IP54 protection class , having indication for ON/OFF, Voltage & Ampere etc. complete as reqd. (Make-L&T, Type-MU G6 Or S.S. make )

Attending fault in existing Street / Gate Light fittings i/c repair /replacement of faulty part i.e. Light fixture / lamps /Circuit/ Drivers /cables / control wiring etc. i/c dismantling the old, fixing/connection , testing and commissioning etc. i/c hiring of ladders of suitable height etc. complete as reqd.(a) Repair of control wiring in street light pole junction box

(b) Replacement of Constant Current Driver matching with the existing one

Conducting of Fire drill of the FD & FA system of T E Building as per the department norms i/c minor repairs work if any, cleaning of detectors with blowers etc. and submission of report of major defects if any.a) For Ground floor + 1 only

Supplying and Fixing of convertor of 50V DC to 24V DC , 30 AH Current capacity supply for the existing Fire detection panel system including making necessary connection, testing etc. complete as required .

Supplying and fixing following way, Single Pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing and providing and fixing of 32 Amp DC capacity operating miniature circuit breaker suitable for the operation on inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and laying / fixing of 3C x 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed / XLPE flexible multistranded unarmoured copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade (ISI mark) directly on surface of wall / cable tray including supplying and fixing clamps, screws, tye band , credit of faulty item etc. as reqd.

Refilling of existing 4.5 kgs. CO2 type fire extinguishers including transportation to authorised service centre including testing, pvdg. data sheet sticker & factory certificate etc as required

Replacement of defective 1.0 mtr long hose pipe ( steel wire breaded pipe ) with brand new pressure tested horn pipe a/w suitable for existing 4.5/3.6 kg CO2 type fire extinguishers etc as required.

Replacement of PVC horn pipe suitable for hose pipe of existing CO2 type fire extinguishers

Replacement of faulty response indicator suitable for existing Auto.F/D system by new one etc.comp. as reqd. ( LED & Card only )

Replacement of faulty Electronic hooter (speaker ) of suitalbe capacity for existing Auto.F/D system by new one etc.comp. as reqd, ( Card only )

Replacement of faulty Manually Call point with LED indicator (Pill box) in MS box etc.comp. as reqd.

Making suitable opening in BTS shelter wall panel with cutter and finishing the same with GI sheet and silicon sealant etc. complete i/c making good the damages etc. complete as reqd. (NB:- For installation of 300 mm sweep exhaust fan)

Supplying and fixing 16 SWG GI sheet ring and 18 SWG louvers/shutters suitable for 300 mm size exhaust fan etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of S. S. wire mesh filter of size 450 mm x 450 mm having 14 nos x 14 nos mesh per sq inch with wire gauge of 38 SWG etc. fitted with 24 SWG G I sheet alonwith border ( upto 20 mm on all the four side) etc. complete as reqd.

Providing and fixing of fresh air inlet arrangement with 20 SWG powder coated M S sheet box of size 460 mm x 460 mm x 90 mm deep alongwith arrangments for closing the opening from outside with sliding type MS sheet (to be fixed with screws) and sliding filter from inside i/c making of suitable size of perforation for air inlet (open area shall be approx. 70 to 80 %) and making opening in the existing shelter with cutter i/c sealing with silicon sealant etc. complete as required.

Supplying & Fixing of following size ISI marked, PVC insulated copper conductor flexible cable on surface of wall including making connection etc. comp. as reqd.a) 3 Core X 1.5 Sq.mm

Installation, testing and commissioning of existing wall fan/exhaust fan including wiring with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

I.T.C of existng auto sequential programmable mode micro processor based AC controller for the exhaust fan cyclic operation control incl. making connections etc. comp. as req.

Dismantling & disconnecting of various electro- mechanical items i.e. DG set with associated items (upto 50 KVA), AC power cables, Main power panels, SDB with MCB's, Split AC Indoor/Outdoor units and other associated misc. items from one TE/BTS to the nearest BSNL TE Bldg. (within 50 Kmtrs.) i/c loading, unloading at both the ends, shifting , transportation and & keeping the same as directed by the engineer in charge etc. comp. as reqd.Note:-Firm has to arrange necessary crane, tripod with chain & kappa or any other means for lifting , shifting of material, wherever required and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
