Construction of granular sub-base well graded materials spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63 mm to 45 mm ( sixty three milimetre to forty five milimeter) specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheelroller 80-100kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-II as per Technical Specification Clause 405.by manual mean including haulage/ carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53mm to 22.4mm ( Fifty three milimetre to twenty two point four milimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, laying in two layers , hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-10 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Technical specification Clause 405, by Mechanical means, including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg.sqm (zero point seventy - one point zero kilogramme) using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 502 including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg ( zero point two five to zero point three zero kilo gramme)per square on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipmentsand materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (twenty milimetre) thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75( seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II 13mm (thirteen milimetre), premixed with bitumen (VG-10 ) @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete including profile correction layer and patching of pot holes in all respect with in all leads and lifts including carriage of material and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot appliedthermoplastic compound 2.5 mm( two point five milimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beasd @ 250(two hundred fifty) gms per square metre area thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes.with in all leads and lifts complete as per entire satisfection of Engineer- in- charge.

Construction of sub-base and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and lead ,transporting to site ,spreasing grading to required slope and compacted to meet required of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 303.1.including hauling / carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transports by mechanical mean with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
