Supply, lay, connect, test and commisioning of LT XLPE insulated, screen, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor multistranded 16 Sqmm 2 Core, 1100 volts grade including connecting the cable ends to the LT Panel/ Transformer /LT OH lines and distribution board complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The rates quoted deemed to be inclusive of necessary end terminations connecting materials such as lugs, nut bolt washers, aluminium jumper wire to suits the existing system.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out / for laying under ground cables / pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed .

Removal of surplus excavated material ( soils) to a distance not exc., 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading natural river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness will be measured and paid for purpose of the payment.

Supply and laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

GI Steel tubing light grade of 50mm dia with fittings, laid in trenches / fixed to wall / road crossing etc.,complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B- 1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thick (un reinforced) (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in cover slab set and jointed in CM 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcrment steel will be measured and paid seperately.

Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, and over cut to length, bent to required shape including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips completed all as specified and as directed.

Precast Cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 40mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub basae for floors complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed coloured ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 300 X 450X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles as in skirting/dado including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces and applying 1mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer including and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed .

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of ceilings including cornices pillars etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed .

Preparation of old wood and wood based materials of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed .
