REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT AND PERIODICAL SERVICES WITH CONNECTING REPAIR WORKS OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT VARIOUS UNITS (MD OTM ACCN) IN ZONE F AREA OF UNDER AGE B R (N) NO II OF GE(NORTH) SECUNDERABAD

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness and cement mortar screed in existing roof including scrapping out old treatment/ bitumen etc. The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projections, washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive new water proofing treatment including removal of rubbish off the premises to outside of MoD land and incl disconnecting of existing tanks and pipeline and re fixing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not therwise specifically provided including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded broken stone aggregate) averaging 50 mm thick as in leveling course on roof slab including finishing the surface of concrete even and fair to receive screed complete all as specified and directed..

M&L Providing Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as follows including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with and including integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on roof slab finished even and fair complete (b) On the dried plastered surface, one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm shall be applied. (c) On this primered surface, APP modified bituminous memberance 3mm thick with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with plain finish shall be laid by torch application method. (d) Apply a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm. (e) The overlap while torching shall be at least 100mm at the longitudinal edges and 150mm at the ends. (f) The treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer instructions through authorised applicator.

Taking down and Re fixing 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized ISI marked with all fittings short pieces and fixed complete to walls, floor, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and Re fixing 20mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized ISI marked with all fittings short pieces and fixed complete to walls, floor, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and Re fixing 25mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized ISI marked with all fittings short pieces and fixed complete to walls, floor, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CPVC pipes, SDR 11, 20 mm outer dia of pressure rating 6kgf/sqcm conforming to IS-15778 with all CPVC fittings with such as brass elbow ,Tee, bends, unions ,sockets , male and femaleThreaded Adoptor and end pieces etc to receive fittings and fixed with solvents fixed to walls / ceiling with all clamps in Shafts/ducts with all necessary scaffolding to fix the pipes and testing the joints under prescribed pressure etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Scrapping and removing old paint, stains, loose materials and algae-fungus growth then cleaning of surface with water using pressure washer machine, fill the crack with acrylic based textured cack filler and applying two coats of modified acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved shade having silicon additives in paint over a coat of primero-primer cum sealer having alkali resistance property diluted with water complete all as per manufacturers instructions,as specified and directed.
