2.28.1 : Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.All kinds of soil
16.1 : Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

ROAD- 2 -A.PURAMATHILSSERY-AYYAPANKAVU ROAD(WARD-11)
2.8.1 : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
4.1.8 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size). 4.11.2 : Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal. Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. (ii)Using Gravel mix soil.

5.5.B.2a : Modified Penetration Macadam 75 mm thick using Bitumen S-65Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506. (B) 75 mm thick:-(II) Bitumen (S-65). Quantity by level calculation and reporting to CTE as per norms.
5.2.2a : Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Quantity by level calculation and reporting to CTE as per norms
5.9.1.2a : 20 mm thick Open- Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder - Bitumen S-65 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.Case - I By Manual Means(II) Bitumen (S-65). 5.12.A.3.2a : Seal Coat - Manual Means - Type C - Bitumen S-65Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510A.By Manual Means:-Case - III : Type C(II)Bitumen (S-65).

3.2 : Preparation of Foundation for EmbankmentScarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150 mm by Mechanical MeansScarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

2:Rate should be inclusive of installation, testing and commissioning cost for all items
3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST.
4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD/Irrigation Dept. specification and direction of Engineer at site.
