Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking the useful material in specified manners as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and disposal of unserviceable materials in all leads and lifts. For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25 mm

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground including stacking the useful material in specified manners as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and disposal of unserviceable materials in all leads and lifts.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing Second class teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and disposal of unserviceable materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick Second class teak wood panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and disposal of unserviceable materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood shutters wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights. (Merino/Green ply/Century or equivalent make)

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood wooden molded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete 50x12 mm as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

20 mm cement plaster of mix 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

6 mm cement plaster in ceiling of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.
