SCHEDULE "A" PART - I [CIVIL WORKS]
Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing the demolished building materials / debris, etc. (other than spoil) to a distance exceeding 100m and upto 5Km, including loading, unloading and depositing at designated places, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Materials considered under Schedule of Credit shall not be considered under this item. 2. Definition of load shall be as given in Section 21 of SSR Part II.
Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil including removing / grubbing of roots of shrubs or trees not exceeding 30 cm girth and disposal of the same to a distance exceeding 5 km and not exceeding 10 km outside the MoD land, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: Measurements of the finished surface of moorum/red bajri filling shall be taken after consolidation and 5% deduction shall be made for increase in bulkage.
Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, by using 12.5mm graded granite stone aggregate, as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, by using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate, as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides.
