All in all comprehensive maintenance of 11/0.415 KV or 33/0.415 KV Distribution sub station including 11 KV circuit Breaker , Transformer and its complete accessories , Auto transfer switch ,repairing of LT/HT cables with terminations, LT panel with complete accessories , Sub station Earthings etc with maintaining of Log Books complete in all respect but excluding of transformer oil as and when required.(500KVA x12=6000)

Substation Up to 500 KVA rating Transformer

Replacement of existing transformer oil confirming to IS: 335 after removing of old oil and remove from site (old oil shall be retained by the contractor)

Charges for Testing of transformer oil for its viscosity and dielectric strength including collection of sample from top and bottom of the existing transformer tank and submission of test report complete with all T & P , labour etc as required .

Charges for Collection , Filtration and dehydration of existing transformer oil with the help of high vaccum filtration machine and cleaning of core-coil assembly by hot oil for removal of sludge / dust particles etc. as required.

Supply and filling of fresh transformer oil as per IS: 335 in existing transformer along with submission of oil test report for its physical and chemical properties.The oil shall be clear and free from any suspended matter or sediments complete as required complete in all respect. .

Repairing of LT/HT bushings of Distribution Transformers including replacement of brass studs , porcelain insulators , nut bolts , oil seals , gaskets etc. complete as required complete in all respect. .
