M & L for wiring for circuit /sub main wiring with earth wire of size 2x 4.0sqmm + 1 x4.0sqmm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed as required, drawing in and including rigid PVC medium grade cunduit not less than 25 mm dia/ PVC Casing caping, concealed / on ceiling as per site required or directed by Engr-in-Charge. Including taking down old unserviceable/damaged Sub main wiring of any type and size including continious earth wire, conduit/casing capping / Batten etc,making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling with CM 1:3 and matching surfaces with existing colour. (Note:- Two run of main wire and one run of earth wire including conduit/ casing capping shall be measured as one length )

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point etc) complete with fittings/fixures such as switches sockets, ceiling rose, fan regulators, etc ( except tube light fittings), removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of wall, floors, etc complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated (FRLS) and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC Conduit 20 mm dia and all accessories Concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. and including provision of 1.5 sqmm copper cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., all as specified and as directed for the following: -

One light / ceiling fan / exhaust fan / call bell point controlled by one switch

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps independent board.

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on the same board with other switch.

All as per item No.9 here-inbefore but with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded flexible unsheathed copper conductor inclusive of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded flexible copper conductor as earthwire, for one independent 6 pin 16 Amp socket.

All as per item No 9 here-in-before but for one light point controlled by two 2 way switches , with cable 1.5 sqmm.

S & F 1x 18 W LED Tube rod on replacing existing 36/40 watt tube rod, electronic ballast as per site requirement , 230V 50 Hz. The LED tube light conforms to applicatble IS 10322/EN 60598, Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, for opening covers of ceiling fan, remove the burnt winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the fan with supper enammeled copper wire of same wire gauge, warnishing after winding, drying, replacing unserviceable fan bearings No 6201/6202 for 1200mm/1400 sweep, greasing, soldering the copper terminal of winding with single core copper multistraded wire of 0.5 sqmm and re-assembling fan, replace of fan capacitor 2.5mfd and making connection with fan capacitor and connector block, transoporting back after repair, assembling the blades, painting and hanging the fan in its own position to existing fan clamp and down rod with necessary Nut, bolt and washer and testing for smooth functioning after complete repair all as ditrected at site. Note : Quoted rate deems to inclusive of labour charges and items/jobs of fan rewinding, capacitor, fan bearing, servicing, painting, wire and transporatation charges.

M & L for opening covers of Exhaust fan 225/250/300mm, remove the burnt winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the fan with supper enammeled copper wire of same wire gauge, warnishing after winding, drying, replacing unserviceable fan bush/bearings, greasing, replace of armature coil with complete shaft, soldering the copper terminal of winding with single core copper multistraded wire of 0.5 sqmm and re-assembling fan and making connections, transoporting back after repair, assembling the blades, painting and fixing the E/ fan in its own position with existing clamp with necessary Nut, bolt and washer and testing for smooth functioning after complete repair all as ditrected at site. Note : Quoted rate deems to inclusive of labour charges and items/jobs of fan rewinding, fan bearing, servicing, painting, wire and transporatation charges.

Supply & fix of exhaust fan made of sturdy engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50Hz, RPM 1200, copper winding of sweep 250mm including exhaust fan connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose and taking down existing UNSV exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Old unserviceable Exhaust fans shall be deposited to AGE E/M store.

Supply & fix of exhaust fan steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers, voltage 230V, 50Hz, RPM 1200, copper winding complete including exhaust fan connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose and taking down existing UNSV exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Old unserviceable Exhaust fans shall be deposited to AGE E/M store .

Supply & fix of ceiling fan complete with blades, down rod from existing roof / trus to fall ceiling, electronic regulator and accessories, 230V, 1200mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, five star rated with brushless direct current motor including ceiling fan connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose and taking down existing UNSV ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Old ceiling fans shall be deposited to AGE E/M store .

Supply & fix for replacement of metal clad box with plug and socket 20 Amps with one MCB SPN of 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed

S & F of electric water heater, storage type steel body with stainless steel inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed Note : 1) Old water heater shall be deposited to AGE E/M store.
