Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Earth work in excavation in hard soil in foundation up to depth 0.60 mtr & disposal the surplus earth away from working site lead up to 200 mtr by manually etc complete.

Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing & laying 1 :2 Lime concrete in foundation & floor portion with brick aggregated ( 20 to 40 ) mm down size & 50% of lime mortor 1:1:1 ( 1 Lime : 1B.Surkhi:1 C.Sand) with binding solution of belgiri, gud, gond etc. maintain proper slope & top finishing etc complete.

Providing the Sand stone flooring with 100 mm ( avg) thickness Stone flooring over 20 mm thick bed of mortor 1:1:1 (1 Lime :1 B.Surkhi:1 C.Sand) with jointed finished etc complete.

"Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete"

Recess Pointing on stone masonry wall in lime surkhi mortor 1:1:1 ( 1 Lime : 1 C.Sand :1 B.surkhi) mixed with adhesive material i.r belgiri ,gud, gond etc matching with the original structures etc complete.

Providing & fixing the M.S .Railing of Angle Iron frame 30x30x4 mm with 12 mm square bar including Making hole for fixing 10 cm C/c distance & Top round shape as per drawing & painting two or more coat with enemal synthetic paint of approved shade over the red oxide primer & including transportation charge with loading /unloading etc complete.

Providing & fixing the M.S Gate with Angle iron 50x50x6mm shutter & 12 mm square bar 10 cm c/c distance & fixing them in I-Beam size as per drawing & design including Painting two or more coat with syntactic enamel paint over red Oxide primer & fixing the lime cement mortor & transformation Charges with loading / unloading etc Complete

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing the vitreous enameled protection Notice Boards ( Bilingual) in size of 3'x2' feet made of 15 gauge MS Sheet and enameled in bule background with white letters in bilingul i.e Hindi & English with M.S. angle 75×75×8 mm Size for supporting frame as per the instructions of Engineer in charge inclusive of all T & P, material required for Proper completion of the work , also including the transportation charges.

Providing and fixing Sand Stone (Dhangdara Quarry the CNB ( Culture Notice Board) Size ( 1.35 X 0.75 Mtr) with S.S Plat 1.8 mm thick Size ( 1.25 X 0.65 Mtr) and engraving of text in trilingual language including ?LOGO?s and as per approved text as directed in-charge cluding for Proper completion of the work , also including the transportation charges.
