M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in Foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawing.

M & L RCC M 25 Design Mix (Using 20 mm Graded Stone aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beam, bases for columns, etc. under-reamed piles etc all as specified and directed and as shown on drawing.

M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished of surface of concrete flat all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC M 25 Design Mix (Using 20 mm Graded Stone aggregate) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed and as shown on drawing.

M & L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished of surface of concrete flat all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for & removal of rubbish outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC type B1(1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks/coping/ edging including use & waste of formwork for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but including ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles & removal of outside MD land after credit for the same is recovered by the Dept all as specified and directed.

M & L for fly ash bricks work with sub class B brick exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M & L high strength corrosion resistant TMT bars, grade Fe-500 D, 10mm dia. and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 15 above but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups.

M & L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface with sponge finish.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for & removal of outside MD land after credit for the same is recovered by the Dept all as specified and directed.

S & F angle 50x50x6 mm independetly with web and flange cut to shape drilled and countersunk for screws including bending and welding angles without connecting plate as bracket conf. to FE-290 Gde-E-165.

S & F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm in width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified. Make- (a) LUXOL (Berger paint) (b) BROLAC (Johnson & Nicholson) (c) SUPERLAC (Shalimar Paints) (d) NEROLAC (Goodlass Nerolac) (e) APCOLITE (Asian Paints)

M & L for preparation of surfaces of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over priming surface complete all as specified and directed. Make-1 Super Snowcem 2 Duracem 3 Aquacem 4 Shalimar 5 Berger

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming n exc. 25 cm in layers (Soil)

Removing excavated soil n exc 50m lead and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5M above from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 m openable length ( total length 90m) having 50 nos round per 6 m length upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shape placed 2.4 m or 3.0 m apart and with 9 horizantle R.B.T reinforced barbed wire stud tied with GI staple and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of E-in_c with reinforced barbed wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg sqmm with tape 0.52 mm thick and weight 43.478 gm/m.

S and F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165
