M&L for removing and cleaning of existing peeled off portions of RCC walls / columns / ceilings of galleries, sea side facia walls, cope point chambers etc. including chipping, wire brushing and making good the corroded / rusted reinforcement with new reinforcement for binding reinforcement as required to existing reinforcement by welding / tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia and gunniting the area with minimum pressure of 5 Kg/cm2 to an average thickness of 40 mm in CM (1:2) and finish the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only reinforcement and welded wire fabric will be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for chipping (20mm to 40mm) of existing damaged, crakced, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is cleaned with water jet, again clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the surfaces and making good the corrogated reinforcement by providing reinforcement / welded steel wire fabric for strenthening the structure by welding or tying with MS wire (anealled ) not less than 0.90mm dia where required and removing of dust and loose particles complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement / welded steel wire fabric shall be measured and paid seperately as "supply only rate" under respective items in this schedule.

Material & laobur for application of polymer modified reinstatement mortar 20mm thick in isolated places of repair works of RCC members with Rendroc S2 of M/s Fosroc make or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch having a compressive strength of 40 MPa complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only welded steel wire fabric exc 3 Kg / Sqm not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only TMT deformed bars of 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of single component shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar (Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc Make or techno commercially equivalent or make as approved by GE) 30mm to 40mm thick in a single layer having a compressive strength of M45 grade to columns, Beams / Slab soffits & whereever it required in isolated areas of repair works to RCC members complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing Shear connectors and Anchoring by drilling 12 mm dia holes up to depth of 100mm in concrete surfaces and fixing 10 mm dia TMT bars L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors by using Lokfix chemical manufactured by Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch (Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin) in defective concrete area of the slab / column / beams / chajjas / lintel etc or any other structural member as per site requirement after cleaning the drilled hole by using water jet and after drying clean the surface with blower to remove all loose & fine particles present in the hole. The Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin shall be prepared by thorough mixing of base & hardener by the help of spatula. After preparing the mix the holes shall be filled to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, raking out joints locking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polymer modified plastering in CM 1:6, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using Nitobond SBR or make as approved by GE at the rate of 3% of weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- SBR or make as approved by GE shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Fosroc make Nitobond SBR chemical for mixing in polymer modified plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of white wash on new / old surface to ceilings and walls of galleries including surface preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and application one coat of two component system epoxy based bonding agent Nito bond SBR of M/s FOSROC or techno commercially equivalent or make as approved by GE to receive the Rendroc SP40 & Rendroc S2 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable HDPE pipe by cutting through beam/ slab etc(irrespective of depth of hole ) including S&F new HDPE pipe of 110 mm dia (presure 10 Kg/ cm2) including necessary accessories like bend / tee / junction etc. fixed to gallery walls/ ceiling/ dock walls with all necesssry fittings and fixtures like bends, distant pieces, branch line, MS clamps etc complete all as directed

Taking out unserviceable HDPE pipe by cutting through beam/ slab etc(irrespective of depth of hole ) including S&F new HDPE pipe of 160 mm dia (presure 10 Kg/ cm2) including necessary accessories like bend / tee / junction etc. fixed to gallery walls/ ceiling/ dock walls with all necesssry fittings and fixtures like bends, distant pieces, branch line, MS clamps etc complete all as directed

Dismantling structural steel work including door gates etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of duct covers, platforms (-12 to -15m level) and capstan (-1 to -2m level) working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel plain or chequered plates confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 welded, riveted, bolted attachment to supporting structure of capstan, duct covers, valve pit access platform and working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS frame work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars, shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes for ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, nosing angle and similar works conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 at (-5m to -12m level and ground level) working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of new / old steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and followed by application of paint scheme complete all as specified and directed. (i) One coat of primer (Dft. 1 x 50) epoxy zinc rich primer 50±5 microns (ii) 02 coats of Anti corrosive (Dft 2 x 150) (iii) 02 coats of coal tar epoxy paint Make :- Akzo Nobel/Jotun/Sigma/Asian

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat coal tar epoxy paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : - The work will be carried out in every three months or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for enhancing its serviceablity. Every coat / work will be measured and paid separately.

NOTE: The unit rate quoted for all the above items includes working in a confined area / gallaries of the jetties (restricted work environment). The rates quoted shall be considered for all the safety gear, scaffolding, height, lead and lift in all the items.]
