Material and labour for Pre cast Reinforced cement concrete using cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pre cast lintles/bands upto 1.5m clear span, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, and the like including providing 30 x 30mm size groove on one side of lintle for securing pre cast WPC jalli all as specified and as directed.
Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.
Material and labour rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part–I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:– firstly apply 10mm thick under coat using ready mix mortar while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint in different tint (camoflauge pattern) complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, but excluding framed trusses etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–Charge.
Material and labour for rolled mild steel framed work as in door or gates (ornamental and intricate design of door) of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and steel hanging door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe–410 (Gde E–250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.
Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in surface channels and drains complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, mould, mitred/ stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.
Supply and fixing in repair, in trenches, 300mm bore, reinforced cement concrete hume pipe, class NP-2, with collars laid, jointed and testing complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe 290-W (Gde E-165), complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over ,cut to length, bent to shape, hooking ends for tying chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of 10 mm dia, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other and screwed end to be fitted with round washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc 5 cm long complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of fencing mesh of any type/size and in any position, and removing from site complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE.
Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing, as in repair, galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
